    Yogic life and asana practice for beginners (group upto 10)

    We will take a different approach in this class. Since it will be a group class, we will practice Hatha style yoga. In this style I will demonstrate and instruct one pose at a time and create a series of poses based on the groups capabilities and goals.
    We will do some chanting if that is comfortable for the group.

    I am Harsh. I live in India currently. I love to teach yoga and meditation. Practicing Yoga is what my day consists of.
    I love to teach Yoga and I am lucky that it is my profession as well! I would love to share a complete approach to Yoga through Yoga philosophy, asana practice, and pranayam practice. I like to combine these 3 elements into my personal practice and this is what I would like to teach. I believe that yoga is a practice of a lifetime and not just an hour of class. What you learn on your mat stays with you forever so lets practice with awareness and we will transform into the best versions of our ourselves!
