About Me

Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Nine years ago I moved to Germany to continue my music studies there. At the moment I am doing a bachelor of music in violin and also working as a freelance violinist.
Besides music, learning languages is another passion of mine. Kind, patient and skillful teachers in both areas have greatly helped me in my life and I would love to also be that for others.

I have lived in Germany for 9 years, attended the Goethe Institut, graduated from a German high school with a GPA of 1,5 and am currently studying at university in the German language. Having been through the process of learning German from 0, I know the joys and annoyances that are part of this journey and would love to help you. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. I teach singing, piano, music awareness/introduction and solfège.

I live in Madrid and I'm a student pursuing a higher degree in singing (jazz and contemporary music). I dedicate a good part of my time to teaching (music and language) through private online or in-person lessons.

I started giving private lessons to children at their homes when I lived in Germany. During the 2022-2023 academic year, I taught piano to students of all ages at the RedMusik Music School (Igualada, Catalonia).

I studied piano and other instruments for over 15 years at the UGDA and the Luxembourg City Conservatory. After many years of solfège and piano, I obtained the Conservatory's "Première Mention" certificate with the highest possible grade, "Très Bien".

A good music lesson should include not only technique and reading sheet music, but also theoretical and harmonic study, improvisation, recreational playing with the instrument, and ear training and rhythm exercises. I am interested in designing the lesson creatively and adapting it to the needs and desires of the student.
