Hatha yoga for beginner, intermediate and advanced students
I have been practicing yoga for more than 5 years and working as an instructor for a year online mostly. Next year I am planning to get the official certificate from the international yoga alliance when India will be hopefully open for visitors. I am following the traditions of hatha yoga including breathing techniques (pranayama), asanas, meditation. A traditional lesson includes a short pranayama cycle, a warm-up, asanas, and a meditation.

I teach classical hatha yoga, adapted to the participants. For wheelchair users, people with a mental and/or physical handicap. But also as a remedy for complaints such as low back pain, headache, obesity, depression, etc. Can be taken as a private lesson or in a group. I can guide anyone who wants to become proficient at a higher level in chakra psychology, mantras and Ayurveda.
