My name is Maya and I have been teaching Yoga since 2021. I completed my yoga teacher's training and am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher.Yoga has been a source of inspiration and transformation for me. It has helped me cultivate a deeper connection to my body and breath and has brought me a sense of inner peace and clarity.
As a passionate practitioner and teacher, I am grateful for the opportunity to share the gift of yoga with others. It brings me joy to witness the positive impact that yoga can have on people's lives, and to see students experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of their practice.
