Dominyka
Singing Lessons with a Certified Vocal Coach for all ages and levels. Prof. voc. training for any style:POP/JAZZ/RNB/ROCK/MUSICALS/CLASSICAL
Dominyka is a singer and a vocal coach that is currently living in The Netherlands. She plays piano, violin and writes her own music. Over the past decade she had a chance to graduate from the Royal Conservatory in The Netherlands with Bachelor's and Master's diploma in jazz singing and pedagogical minor studies. She had a chance to be behind the scenes in various TV shows, win several vocal competitions, participate in various music festivals as a singer and she truly developed her ears and her knowledge that she is now also helping others to find their own unique singing voice. She has developed her knowledge about vocal technique, CVT method, stage presence, body language, story telling, composition, writing, improvisation, and so on... with various great teachers from all over the world. As well as, she had an honour to participate in workshops of Snarky Puppy, Dianne Reeves, Dena DeRose, Bob Stoloff, Norma Winstone, Fay Classon, etc. In addition, she took a course of Stevie Mackey, Cheryl Porter and had had lessons with Natalie Weiss. "I feel like voice is a unique thing and music is such a good therapy. I believe everyone can sing, and I believe that everyone could sing greatly if they are patient and put work in it." - Dominyka "I promise that with our singing lessons you will learn more about your own voice and that you will develop your own sound as a singer. We work on warm ups/warm downs, breath support, vowel placement, vocal effects, vocal colour, dynamics, articulation, stage presence, high notes - power singing (belting), and so much more. My goal is to have a good time and spend our lesson's time wisely while we achieve the best results within singing. If there is a need I can also help you to broaden your knowledge about the repertoire that is suiting to your voice colour, recording sessions, live performance situations, "a workout plan for singing", songwriting/composing, music theory, and such." P.S. ALL STYLES ARE WELCOME ! (pop/jazz/rnb/musicals/and so on)

Classical Guitar, Mandolin, Music theory lessons by enthusiastic tutor and performer
Enthusiastic guitar tutor and performer. I started playing classical guitar at the age of 6, and my formal musical education begun at the age of 9 when I started attending a music school in Croatia. After 6 years of primary school I continued studying classical guitar at secondary music school in Varazdin, Croatia. During that period I received training in classical harmony, Counterpoint (polyphony), Solfeggio, Music history and gained plenty experience at orchestral playing and choral singing. I decided to continue my musical education in Manchester where I was studying undergraduate degree at the Royal Northern College of Music and currently I am studying at the Royal Conservatoire in the Hague. As a performing guitarist, I have successfully participated and won prizes in a number of international competitions in the UK, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Hercegovina. Although my studies are primarily related to classical music, I am comfortable playing and performing music in a range of other styles and genres. I am also experienced with mandolin and Croatian folk instrument called tamburitza.

Experimental electronic music composition / Free improvisation (theory & practice)
Experimentation is an inherent characteristic of electronic music. Nowadays, composing music using technology creates endless creative possibilities that demand the musician/composer to adapt to numerous technical and artistic challenges. Do you like experimenting with sound and making music that does not clearly belong to a particular genre or style? Interested in bringing a fresh perspective and out-of-the-box thinking to your music production? Are you just starting out in electronic music composition and wondering how to develop your own style? This course is just what you need. In this class, you will learn: - how to transform sound using analogue and digital techniques. - how to create sound structures and organise them in a DAW enviroment to compose a piece of music. - how to record, edit and mix sounds using both conventional and experimental techniques. - how to use improvisation in both the context of live performance and composition. - about the theory and practice of free improvisation. - about the history and origins of electronic music and how it affected the music we listen today. - how to document and communicate procedures related to your artistic practice. - how to create an artistic portfolio. Aspiring musicians with a background in any genre can take advantage of this course. A formal education in music or experience with electronic music composition are not required to follow. However, you should be unafraid of experimenting with sound and music technology! Each class is customized to meet the needs of the individual student in an innovative and flexible way! The course can also serve as a preparation for applying to several Dutch educational programmes related to electronic music composition (Institute of Sonology, HKU, ArtEZ, etc.). The class is focused on small assignments that help the student develop a sense of orientation and set goals. Recording, editing, and mixing will be done via the DAW "Reaper," but we can switch to your preferred software at any time. We will use the first lesson to discuss your background, interests, and motivations in order to develop a course structure that is tailored to your needs.

The passion for jazz music has grown in me ever since, so much so that today it represents my favourite genre when playing or listening to music. During 2018 I attended two seminars: - a one-week jazz guitar and ensemble music seminar with Mike Moreno, Aaron Parks, Matt Brewer and Kendrick Scott in Fara Sabina, near Rome - Italy; - a one-week harmony and ensemble music seminar with Barry Harris in Rome - Italy. Languages are important skills to have, and music can benefit our brain and our health. So why don't you come on over and start learning languages and/or music with me? :D I am a multi-cultured music student, I have moved around a lot in my life, which is the reason why I speak over 5 languages. I am very open, positive, friendly and always ready to help! I study Classical Voice at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, before that I graduated from a Music College in Latvia. I have the needed credentials/knowledge to teach music for basic/intermediate levels. Also, I own a piano, so it's not a problem if you don't have a instrument for yourself.
