My name is Maria Fernández, I'm 25 years old and I'm a professional cellist graduated in Spain two years ago. Now I'm doing a Master in Classical Music in the Royal Conservatorium of Gent. During so many years I've been teaching music in different ways and ages (in schools and to private people): To people who wanted to start learning about the musical language or begin to play an instrument, to people who wanted to learn a score or develop their musical tools, to people who wanted to continue growing as a musician and training their listening and people who wanted to improve their theoretical musical knowledge. If you are beginning with the cello or with the music, if you want some extra lessons, if you need to prepare and audition or an exam, if you are doing a high level studies, I can help you. I have been studying and playing the cello for so many years in different places (orchestras, conservatoriums, recordings, musicals…) so I think I can give you some good advices in different areas. I like to think (and I do it in my lessons) that the music is a universal language and that anybody can learn it and understand it. I am currently a violin Masters Student in KASK Conservatorium. Passion for music was the main vehicle that brought me to where I am now. But a big part of the origin of that passion came from the teachers I had contact with. ..... I am offering violin lessons, to all kind of ages and levels!! Obviously, violin doesn't come only by itself which means all the theoretical needs such as rhythm, harmonies, solfege, etc. will also be taught. Ableton is a tool. Once you control it, you can turn any musical idea you have into reality. Pretty amazing right? I can help you shape your raw idea into a complete song structure. All of this in a flexible and cooperative manner, where the creative vision of your music is key. I've been playing the piano for 20 years, took training in musical theory, play guitar and do composing and sound design work for the advertisement industry.

I am a Belgian harpist (°1992) graduated from the conservatory of Antwerp, where I also followed the Alexander Technique. I gained experience in teaching at Art Academy De Poel (Ghent), Einstein Atheneum (Oostakker) and through private lessons. I like to pay a lot of attention to a good, relaxed posture and technique. This prevents complaints in the long term and also benefits a beautiful sound. Passionate pupils and students of all levels are welcome to explore the instrument, repertoire and music in general together. Improvisation and playing music by ear can also be part of the lesson if interested.

I have a lot of experience in chamber music and professional orchestras. What I offer are lessons for anyone who would like to play the violin. I will tailor my lessons to the needs and personality of each student.

Graduated at the Royal Conservatory Ghent in Performing Music, Classical Harp with a specialisation in Music Education. I studied with solo harpist of the Flemish Opera Arielle Valibouse. Teaching for all ages. In this class the harp lessons will be individualized and adapted to the expectations of the student.

I study jazz guitar at the Conservatory of Ghent and I give customized guitar lessons without obligations or limitations. This means that you yourself choose your genre, tempo and the like. If desired, sound can also be experimented with (effects, ..)

Hello! I am Francisco, a guitar player from Argentina. I am living in the Netherlands since 2021 and I'm studying at Maastricht Conservatorium. I have been teaching guitar lessons for almost 10 years now and love to guide others into their learning process. We can cover different topics: Are you just interested in strumming chords and learning songs? Great! Music theory? Sure! Concepts for improvisation? Yeah! The lessons are aimed both at people who have never grabbed a guitar before, and also for those seeking to dive deeper. Some of the things we will be working on are: Triads, Scales, Voicings, Time Feel, Rhythm, Repertoire, Tools for playing in a band, Comping, and more. The lessons can be at my place in Maastricht, at yours or via Zoom.

Different types of vocal warmups and vocal exercises. Starting from the most basic warmups and then doing challenging ones when the student has improved and is ready. You are free to select the piece you want to study and practice, but I must propose other song genres to broaden your vocal range and, of course, complement your vocal range. If we finished five pieces together as long-term students, I will urge you to perform them all during one of our sessions. Just so you can acknowledge how we practiced it. Good for all ages.
