I am an experienced teacher and musician who studied a broad range of music, from the 11th to the 21st century. I am also very interested in education and psychology, and I can also deal well with young pupils.
If wished, I can make you discover a lot of early music that is at the same time wonderful and hard to reach. We can also improvise, freely or following the modes, and learn songs by ear.

I finished my Bachelor in the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussels and I am doing a Master Performance in Basel. I give violin lessons to people or children who want to start and to improve their level, always enjoying the process! I can also give music theory lessons: learn how to read scores, solfegio or basic harmony, and the lessons should be in English, Spanish or French.
I really enjoy giving lessons, and I know how to keep the children focus on what they are doing. The large experience in masterclasses I have taken along different countries around Europe makes me able to understand the problems of the children with the instrument and how to solve them in a logical and pleasant way.

I allways belived that starting or deepening the practice of a string instrument is a learning process that, beyond allowing the student to improve and develop their skills as an instrumentalist, serves to increase the student's multiple capabilities. The association capacity that the practice of a musical instrument entails and the discovery of the richness of classical music brings immense benefits for the student.

My name is Ane, a violinist from the Basque Country. After completing my bachelor's degree in violin at the Basel University of Music with Prof. Barbara Doll, I am now excited to begin my master's degree in violin pedagogy. Teaching has always been an important part of my musical vocation: I enjoy providing individual support to each student, adapting to their tempo, and helping them discover the joy of playing and expressing themselves with their instrument. My training and orchestral experience have given me a broad musical perspective, but what motivates me most now is passing on this knowledge in a practical and personal way.
