About Me

Hi,

I'm Lucas, a drummer and percussionist from Mallorca, Spain. I've been teaching both privately and in group settings, working with kids and adults for already 7 years.

After completing my bachelor's at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam in Jazz Drums, I'm now working towards my master's. We can work based on your musical preferences. You can learn how to play all the AfroCuban Instruments like congas, bongo, timbales, guiro... But also we can go into drums in all kind of styles like Pop, Rock, Jazz, Latin...

Apart from teaching, I'm active in the Dutch jazz scene, collaborating with a lot of musicians in both Jazz and Latin scene in the Nederland's.

I comfortably speak Spanish and English, and I'm currently learning Dutch. Looking forward to learning together!

Depending on the interests of each student, the lessons can be oriented to the development of technique, theory, reading and musical writing as well as to the study of repertoire in different styles of popular music.

I have a background of 7 years of classical piano and I also have been studing and playing Jazz (drums) for the past 8 years of my life (currently finishing my studies in the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.

My goal is to teach people with no experience in music or drums and want to learn the basics of music theory, solfège and drums but also to more experienced students who want to improve their technique, coordination, sound, groove, etc.

Cello classes are taught at all levels. It doesn't matter if you're a professional musician or not, it's about learning how the cello works and trying to improve while practicing. The main goal is to enjoy through the music. I give lessons at home but I might go to a preferred place if it's not too far.

The 45-minute vocal performance class (held in a studio room) entails a multidimensional approach that focuses on vocal technique, performative mindset and artistic skills for singers, also offering numerous opportunities for vocal competitions around the world (through the World Association of Performing Arts, WAPA).

In addition to Mario's 17 years of experience on stage and on camera, he has professional experience as a vocal coach. We will talk about your goals and together we will figure out what you exactly need to level up.

I will design a practice schedule for you with suitable exercises that you personally enjoy and find fun, cos. Hey, music is supposed to be a stress buster, but that being said you gotta work to get better at anything.

We will also talk about how it is to be a professional musician in the current music scene, and what skills apart from drumming are needed to be a musician.

I offer tools for my students to develop a strong rhythmic sense, good listening skills and knowledge of basic score reading. I enjoy developing a student/teacher relationship where students can feel comfortable playing the instrument and have joy in the process. In each individual situation, I shape my teaching to best serve the needs of the pupil, will that be following a method and going every step by the book, or take a favorite song into consideration and from there build up a workable strategy. Everything is flexible in the end, the most important is to learn while enjoying music!

I am Dohyun from South Korea. I am a second-year jazz drum student at Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
I have 3 years of experience teaching drums at music schools in Korea and Vietnam.
I am open-minded as a musician and as a person, I like to have a relaxed, joyful class, and I also value basic, fundamental stuff, rhythm, and harmony.

Hi! I’m Didac Barber, a professional concert pianist and experienced teacher from Spain, now based in the Netherlands.

I hold a Master’s in Piano Performance from The Hartt School (USA) and trained at ESMUC Barcelona, studying with top international pianists like Adolf Pla and Luiz de Moura Castro. I’ve performed across Europe, the U.S., and Asia, and have taught piano for over 15 years — in conservatories, private studios, and internationally online.

My passion lies not only in performance but in helping students discover what they are capable of. I’m dedicated, empathetic, and patient — and I want you to enjoy your learning journey as much as I do sharing it.

Each student is different, and so are my lessons.
