Throughout my career I had won numerous prices and was able to perform throughout Europe. I’m currently studying at the Conservatory van Amsterdam. Welcome to my trumpet lessons, where a passion for music meets expert guidance. I'm Tal and I graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2018. I bring 8 years of teaching experience to aspiring musicians of all ages. In our sessions, we'll embark on a comprehensive journey, honing in on essential aspects such as breathing techniques, instrument flexibility, and the art of improvisation. Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate player, we'll craft a personalized approach to elevate your skills, fostering not just technical proficiency but a deep love for the trumpet and the joy of musical expression.

You'll learn how to use the voice in the proper way, starting by your natural speech and developing it to find your own sound. I have experience in both Pop and Jazz styles (a Bachelor in Jazz Singing and a degree in Jazz Composition), so it's possible to study songs from both this repertoires. I also give Music Theory Lessons, to make the student develop his/her own style and musical sensibility and, in the case of Jazz, to know how to improvise on different chord changes and jazz styles.
