About Me
My journey with singing began at the tender age of six while staying with my grandmother, who faithfully took us to church every Sunday. It was in those sacred moments that I joined the children's choir, where my love for singing blossomed. By the age of fourteen, I had graduated to the main choir, where I occasionally performed solo parts as a high tenor.

Upon completing high school, my dedication to solo singing grew. My friend and I would often perform before services, with him accompanying me on the piano. Those sessions were a cherished part of my week, where music became a language of friendship and expression.

University opened new doors for me. I met many talented singers who inspired and encouraged me to take my passion for singing seriously. In 2013, I started attending prestigious music performances offered by the Lusaka Music Society. It was an eye-opening experience, and soon after, I joined the society, finding a community that shared my love for music.

With the encouragement of the chairman of the Lusaka Music Society, I began to take singing more seriously. YouTube became my virtual tutor, and I later received brief professional lessons from a singer who instilled in me the courage to pursue my dreams further.

In 2017, I sat for the Associated Boards of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Grade 5 Music Theory exams and cleared them with merit. The following year, I passed the ABRSM Grade 8 singing exams with distinction, performing as a baritone—a milestone that filled me with pride. In 2019, I took the Associate of the Royal Schools of Music (ARSM) Performance Exam, also singing as a baritone, and passed with distinction. Each of these achievements was a testament to my hard work and unwavering dedication.

However, the onset of COVID-19 and family responsibilities temporarily halted my pursuit of higher levels in singing. Yet, my passion remains undiminished, and I am determined to continue my studies as soon as I have the necessary resources.

As a passionate teacher, I strive to provide the best experience for my students, sharing my love for music and the journey that has shaped me into the singer I am today. I guarantee you a successful music journey with me as your tutor.

Driven by a deep passion for music, I initially taught myself singing.
