Do you use Excel for your job or training and want to learn how to work more efficiently?

Do you want to understand how formulas actually work instead of simply copying them?

Or are you facing a specific problem you can't solve on your own?

I offer targeted Excel coaching tailored to your level and objectives. From basic formulas to pivot tables and more.

Whether you:
- start without prior knowledge,
- want to deepen your basic knowledge,
- want to learn how to work more efficiently for your job,
- or want to optimize a specific file or problem,

We start from your current knowledge level and build up gradually. No standard course, but coaching tailored to your specific needs.

About me:
In my role as a purchaser and data analyst, I use Excel daily for reporting, analysis, forecasting, and optimization.
Thanks to my analytical background and structured approach, I explain complex functions clearly and logically. My goal is not just for you to be able to apply something, but for you to understand why it works—so you can continue using it independently.

Stuck in Excel? Want to finally understand how those formulas really work? Do you need to create a pie chart of your expense report for work or school, but feel completely lost? Don’t worry! I’m here to help... at your pace, with no jargon or complicated explanations.

Whether you:
- are starting completely from scratch,
- already have some basic knowledge,
- or want to solve a specific problem,
we’ll tailor the session to your needs. No one-size-fits-all course, just practical help that actually works for you.

👨‍🏫 About me
I’ve been using Excel since I was a teenager — for personal use (like budgeting tools or calorie trackers) and professionally as part of my work and studies in data analysis. Thanks to my experience and structured approach, I explain Excel in a clear and understandable way. I know how frustrating it can be when something technical doesn’t work... and how satisfying it feels when it finally clicks.

🎯 Topics we can cover
- Smart formulas (IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.)
- Creating charts, pivot tables, and dashboards
- Using Excel for budgeting, planning, or managing projects
- Data analysis and basic programming in Excel
- Preparing for Excel tests or improving job-related Excel skills

💻 Practical info
- Having your own laptop/PC is helpful, but not required
- Online or in-person sessions possible
- Have specific questions or files you’d like to work on? Let me know! I also have my own practice materials.

Feel free to send me a message with your question or goal. I’ll gladly look at how I can help you out!

As a tutor, I work in a calm, patient and personalised way, adapting my approach to each child. I believe it is important for children to feel comfortable so that they feel free to ask questions and are not afraid of making mistakes. For me, trust is an important foundation for effective learning.

During a tutoring session, I first look at what the child already knows and where they are experiencing difficulties. I listen carefully to what they find challenging and adapt my explanation accordingly. I then explain the material step by step, using simple language and clear examples that are relevant to the child’s everyday life.

I like to use an active and varied approach. Children are given plenty of opportunities to think for themselves, practise and ask questions. Whenever possible, I also use games or fun activities to review the material in an enjoyable way. This helps children remember what they have learned and makes learning feel less difficult or boring.

A typical lesson starts with a short review of what we learned during the previous session. We then work on a new topic and practise it together. At the end of the lesson, we take a moment to look at what is going well and which areas may need some more practice.

My strengths are my patience, my clear way of explaining things and my experience in a school environment. I enjoy working with children in primary school and mainly provide support with maths, language and study skills. My goal is not only to help children improve at school, but also to help them discover that they are capable of more than they sometimes think.
