FrançoisTrumpetmania: The new trumpet school in Brussels
Trumpetmania is a new trumpet school in Brussels whose teaching method is unique in Belgium. It is based on the student's memory technique (visual, auditory, bodily). We are all different and it is not the pupil who must adapt to the pedagogical project but it is this one which must be thought according to him. This method is also based on the flourishing of music. Our courses are not limited to the learning of the instrument as such, we place great emphasis on the assimilation of music by the body. For this we train the student in body rhythm and we include outings, among other sports, in our program. The teachers of the school are specialized in various fields: jazz, classical, instrument technique, improvisation technique, ... which will allow the student to choose according to his desires and meet his expectations. He will also benefit from a personalized follow-up. Our courses are open at all levels. It is the student who will determine with his teacher his schedules. This flexibility will leave him great freedom in organizing his schedule. The school curriculum is spread over three years and will allow the student to acquire a knowledge of a large part of scales, rhythms, to develop his musical ear, a culture of the great moments of the music and to have a better knowledge of his body through the approach of rhythm and breathing. The perspectives sought by Trumpetmania for the student is that he can quickly be confronted with the happiness of playing in a group.
AlexandreGuitar lessons (also by WEBCAM), harmony, improvisation ...
Hello everyone ! I am 39 years old, I am a professional guitarist and graduate composer. My rich and varied musical journey, going from "Art Rock" to Classic, passing by French song and currently jazz allowed me to acquire a beautiful experience that I like to share with my students. Obviously passionate about my favorite instrument, I am just as passionate about music theory. From baroque counterpoint to jazz harmony, from classical orchestration to digital music publishing, I have always thought that understanding the sound universe multiplies perspectives, opens up new horizons! My method is simple and has always proven to be effective: working in symbiosis with pure instrumental technique and the general understanding of music, its cogs which seem to the novice musician so mysterious. In addition to basic instrument learning, I also teach: 🎸️ Experimental instrumental techniques 🎸️ Work of virtuosity 🎸️ Picking game 🎤️ How to go well with singing 🎵️ Arrangement 🎵️ Composition 🎵️ Harmony (classical or jazz) 🎵️ Improvisation 💻️ MAO (Computer Aided Music) Exploring musical styles: #Pop #EXP #Classique #Electro #Jazz #Jazz Manouche #Art & Hard Rock #Chanson Française #Blues #Funk (60's / 70's) 🎥️ Possibility of lessons by webcam ️🇬🇧️ I also speak English 🏡️ I give lessons mainly at my home: Châtelain district in Ixelles, many transport nearby: 🚊️ bus (54), tram (92, 94, 81.) and metro (Louise). 🐸️ GREAT BEGINNERS welcome! (no prior knowledge necessary) see you soon ^^

SebastianMusic Composition, Music Theory, Solfege and Improvisation.
I specialized in contemporary music composition in Bucharest, Birmingham and Paris having finished with honors my Bachelor, my Master and my Doctorate degree in this field. I also have a pedagogical degree and 2 years of experience in which I taught music composition, musical forms, poliphony, orchestration, music theory and solfege at the National University of Music from Bucharest. I am now doing a 2nd Master in Film Music Composition at the ZHdK. This class is for both beginners who want to compose music as a hobby and to aspiring professional composers. The main topic of my doctoral thesis was the compositional idea and the processes involved in the creative undertakings. How does one reach the final stage of a composition from just a few ideas? How can we improve this endeavour? What strategies and techniques are needed in order to do that? The class will be customized for each student so in order to achieve a certain objective in music composition the lessons can include elements of music theory, harmony, poliphony, orchestration, improvisation, music notation (Finale) and music production (StudioOne). Although solfege and improvisation are extremely useful (I dare say even indispensable) for a professional composer, they can also be means to an end for passionate music lovers. Solfege and strategies that come with it can help your singing and music sight reading. And improvisation is such a fun and relaxing activity that I think everybody should do it!

Pierre-Mariegraduate musician, MAO / mixing / sound synthesis / creation course
Currently a student in musical education at CEFEDEM Auvergne Rhône Alpes, I graduated from the Conservatory of Chalon-sur-Saône with a triple DEM of Amplified Current Music, Creation-Composition of contemporary music and concrete music. I also obtained a license in Musicology at the University of Dijon. The courses can take the form of project follow-up to anchor your learning at the heart of your personal practice and they can also take the form of more technical courses. They can take place in my own Home Studio or at home, of course for travel costs. The form of the courses is fully customizable and adaptable to all levels, so we can approach the basics, such as setting up your own home studio and learning the basic software. We can also discuss advanced software techniques, mixing and why not composition methods and harmony if you are tempted! Passionate about music and sound technique in the broadest sense, I will welcome you with great pleasure in my studio! Above all, it seems important to me to say that the courses are placed under the sign of good humor and fraternity, which is a prerequisite more than necessary for me to be able to share this passion that drives us all! ;)
