Hello I'm Shivani a yoga teacher from Australia now based in Aix en Provence. I've been practicing for around 15 years and teaching for 5 years.
Yoga is for everyone and the way I share yoga is in an explorative way where we focus on breath, we smile and get to feel this connection between body, mind and breath.
I've taught yoga in various places including yoga studios, corporate offices, nursing homes and schools and will tailor the class for you. I teach dynamic through to really restorative classes.

Hello I'm Shivani
For me yoga is for everyone and its a way we can explore these layers within us. My exploration within yoga has been continual and I've been fortunate to have studied with amazing teachers who have enticed my curiousity to continue this exploration.
Something that really resonates for me and how I teach is that the postures are merely just postures and we use them to explore our body, mind and spirit.

Hi! I am a 500 hr yoga alliance certified ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher from India who believes in yoga as a way of life.

Personal sessions of Vinyasa/ashtanga/power yoga will be tailored as per your needs/ability/goals. An introductory meeting is important for me to understand your background (fitness, health) & needs (incase of injury, issues, etc.) before proceeding with curating personalised content in order to get the desired results.

1. Pranayama (Breath-work)

Hello, I would be delighted to introduce you to 'joint-gentle' exercises that will allow you to sculpt yourself AND solicit your deep muscles WITHOUT damaging your joints. My clients are happy athletes who practice my knee friendly techniques and who see impressive results. Results and a more serene state of mind. At each lesson, I offer a mindfulness meditation in which I transport you to the world of dreams.
I also offer stretching classes, LIA (low impact aerobics) as well as muscle strengthening classes.
I am a state graduate - BPJEPS French.

Hello! My name is Kate and I am an Australian who is has been living in France since 2019. I am fluent in French and English is obviously my native language.

My educational background: I hold a Masters of Art Therapy from The University of Paris with a major in music therapy, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with majors in Music and Psychology, and a Diploma of Languages with a major in French from The University of Queensland, Australia.

I am offering guided relaxation classes (in French or English). This is based on the Jacobson method. The price includes participation of up to 4 people!

The aim of these classes is to release stress, reduce physical and mental tensions, and come away feeling relaxed, refreshed and more calm. I guide you through a series of light muscular contractions and breathwork. The session can be down lying down, or seated - whichever is most comfortable. Each session lasts from 30mins to an hour. It includes a time to verbalise at the end of the session. Sessions can be held individually, or in a group - please precise in booking if there are additional people (an extra fee may apply).

I am a declared EI and a have a valid SIRET number as well as professional insurance for my activity.

Come and immerse yourself in our day dedicated to awakening your senses. We offer a workshop for making artisanal soaps using essential oils, followed by a snack, ending with a yoga session and a sound bath. All in a spirit of sharing and kindness.

The course of the workshop
-2 p.m.-4 p.m. Create your own artisanal soaps! At this workshop, discover the virtues of vegetable oils and the cold saponification process to master all aspects of soap. Choose from various organic ingredients – oils, powders, flowers – to personalize your two 100 g soaps according to your preferences.

-4 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Snack. Enjoy a sweet and friendly moment to exchange and share.

-4:30 p.m.-6 p.m. Vinyasa yoga: to awaken your senses. We will begin with a Pranayama practice to familiarize you with breathing techniques. Then, immerse yourself in a Vinyasa flow focused on asana adjustments, followed by relaxation accompanied by a sound bath.
