With over 20 years violin experience and having played as part of orchestras and ensembles playing in venues such as The National Concert Hall, The Helix, and the Mansion House. - Offering both practical and theory lesson to fully encompass the learning process. - Typical lesson 30 minutes, grade 5 upwards 45-60 minutes. - Lessons for all ages and all abilities, including any learning disabilities or special needs requirements (music is an excellent outlet for all no matter what level) - I have played violin for over 20 years and have progressed students through both RIAM and ABRSM exams. I offer a welcoming and comforting environment to all students. My aim is to make classical music more accessible and affordable to all who wish to play. By valuing music in our everyday lives, embracing it as an essential part of a healthy, vibrant society. My vision is to create a community where everyone can experience inclusion, creativity, diversity and empowerment through music. My aim is to create this space for students to learn and grow. I started violin lessons at the age of eight, and was apart of Orchestra and Ensembles from a young age. Supporting and nourishing a passion for music, no matter your circumstance, giving opportunities to create, play and perform music is my vision.

I am a passionate music performer and educator, and a recent Master of Music graduate of Indiana University. Violin lessons with me are flexible, fun and they focus on the music you love! Are you a beginner with no experience? I will give you all the tools you need to start your musical journey. Do you have a few years of experience playing the violin or other musical instruments? We will build on your knowledge and work together to reach your goals. I believe in the importance of having a foundation in classical technique, but we will also have fun learning songs and pieces that inspire you! Do you love pop, rock, jazz, musicals, famous movie songs, or classical pieces? Great, we can get right to work! Beginners, intermediate, and advanced students are all welcome! In the lessons, we will play the violin, get to know each other, talk about your interests, and discuss lesson goals and structure. My teaching approach is interactive, using a combination of engaging activities, demonstrations, and games to help students apply the concepts taught. My teaching style is encouraging and patient, and I am committed to creating a positive and nurturing learning environment for my students. I believe that every student has the potential to learn to play the violin and I am committed to helping students strengthen their confidence and explore their creativity. My private violin lesson with Ester was absolutely perfect. I had a privilege to hear Ester play her violin and she is so good- it is crazy to think I was able to learn from her. She is also such a good teacher. Full of knowlege and patience- which is, in my opinion, a rare combination. I had no prior musical education and this was my first real music lesson. Ester managed to teach me basic note reading, correct violin holding and even playing my first tunes. Her explainations are very clear and easy to understand. And her approach is very friendly. She is also a very nice person and easy to talk to. I wish we lived in the same city so I could keep studying playing violin with Ester- that's how good she is. Lidia

Aida is really nice and patient. She takes time to understand the level of her students and explains clearly how to play this such difficult instrument, and also she makes you feel confident when you hold the bow for the very first time. Looking forward for my next classes with her.
