Musician and flautist for twenty years, I offer private flute lessons for children, teenagers and adults, beginners or experienced in Geneva. I graduated with a Master's degree in Pedagogy from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève and give flute lessons in a music school in France as well as private lessons in Geneva. I am also a substitute at the Geneva Conservatory. I have at heart to share my passion for music and to adapt to the desires and needs of each student wishing to learn about this beautiful instrument or to improve.

Learning while having fun is tempting! I offer you a gentle and playful approach to the trumpet, through the pleasure of playing with good sensations on the instrument. To do this, I adapt to your desires and needs and guide you as best as possible towards your goals. I work in the Geneva area and am studying for a Masters in Pedagogy at the Geneva University of Music. Throughout my schooling, I was able to develop my knowledge and my pleasure of playing the trumpet. Meeting great trumpet players and teachers allowed me to understand multiple ways of approaching this instrument. The acquisition of a degree in musicology, a DEM in trumpet and then a Bachelor in Trumpet as well as experience in different formations (reggae, French song, pop/rock, bigband, symphonic orchestra, baroque ensemble, chamber music, contemporary music, ...), plus experience as a trumpet teacher in music school, a Bafa/Juleica and a crazy love for music and in particular the trumpet, allows me to assure you that you will find something to satisfy you!

I offer piano or violin lessons, which can be combined with a theoretical part of music theory for beginners, with a working method that meets the student's desires, in various styles of music. Passionate about music since childhood, I won several national competitions in these disciplines during my apprenticeship. Now a student at the Haute École de Musique de Genève in violin, my main discipline, I have also been teaching for five years.

As an Italian Opera singer, I help since many years singers with the right pronunciation of the repertoire they sing, helping them in shaping the language in a clear way, which also helps the singing. Our lesson will involve speaking, pronunciation exercises and singing. We will start the lesson by reading the text and finding the right direction and emphasis. We will focus on the sounds and how to produce them. In the second part of the lesson, we will apply all of the above to the singing!

My teaching method is carefully tailored to the specific needs of each student, regardless of the subject we are working on (music theory, cello, music history, analysis, conducting, etc.). The pace of learning is always set by the student, ensuring that each lesson aligns realistically with their goals and interests. Whether you’re looking for a more flexible, amateur approach — open to diverse content — or require a rigorous plan oriented toward exams, auditions, or academic improvement, I design a personalized educational pathway. My approach is rooted in a highly practical vision of learning, based on the educational model in which I was trained during my master’s degrees in Conducting (Antwerp) and Historical Cello (Brussels). I understand teaching as a dynamic process where deep understanding takes precedence over rote memorization.

From my childhood I have been studying music and art: sang in choir and solo, played piano, painted, studied music history and literature, solfeggio. Later in college I have also learned choir conducting, had ensemble and choir singing lessons, cultural studies. During last year in university I had pedagogy practice at university and at private art school (where I worked as a music tutor before the war - piano, voice). I truly enjoyed working with students. They all were different age (8 - 40+ years old) and level. But all were very interesting and work was pleasant. My education was very various: my core subjects were conducting, choir, voice, piano. So it allowed me to work with children, teens and adults with quite wide range of interests and needs: some students needed/wanted to learn particular composition(s), sometimes pop songs arrangements, some were interested in “introduction” to the music, some wanted to renew skills they gained in their childhood and continue their journey to the music world. In addition I prepared presentations (which contained information about cultural and historical background and musical and character/art analysis). So after graduation from choir conducting faculty (which allowed me to deepen my knowledge in many important compatible branches) I concentrated on studying classical singing and piano, expanded my cultural studies and analysis knowledge, practiced solfeggio and harmony.
