Aerospace Engineering TU Delft - Selection Exam PreparationTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Aerospace Engineering TU Delft - Selection Exam PreparationTranslate this text using Google Translate.

The TU Delft Aerospace Engineering Bachelor is one of the most prestigious bachelor programmes the Netherlands has to offer. With it being highly sought-after by students all around the globe, there is a highly competitive selection procedure which needs to be completed to get admitted to this popular degree. A massive part of this admission procedure is the selection exam, consisting of three different tests: Mathematics, Physics and First-Year Material. As a cum laude graduated Aerospace Engineer at TU Delft, who has also been tutoring since 2017, I have a lot of valuable experience and knowledge of the program to help you out with the right preparation to get in. Moreover, after successfully helping more than 10 students secure a spot over the last three years, I have decided to prepare an additional custom lesson plan for each student, based on the admission syllabus, to ensure an even higher chance of admission. With my calm and stepwise explanation, weaker topics will be addressed, and your solution procedures will be polished. Each lesson will either be theory, exercise-based or an opportunity to talk about the admission, student life, Delft, what to expect from the study and whether it is the right fit for you.

Spanish lessons for beginners to advanced with a native speaker!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Spanish lessons for beginners to advanced with a native speaker!Translate this text using Google Translate.

My name is Dani and I am Mexican. I always ask my students about their specific goals and their preferred way of learning a language. In my classes I like to take a conversational approach, but this depends entirely on the needs of my students. I use different books with different didactic material, mostly Aula Plus and Bitacora. I also try to practice all skills: talking, writing and listening. If the student wants it, I leave homework, which I correct during the week before the next lesson, so that we can make the most of the lesson time. I share a word or phrase of the week with my students to build a useful vocabulary. Teaching is my passion. I feel motivated by the progress of my students, which I believe also keeps them motivated. German and Spanish are my native languages and I speak fluent English, I also speak fluent Dutch (with a little accent). Therefore, I can explain concepts in all these languages. However, I prefer to speak Spanish as much as possible, also for the beginners lessons, because I believe that people learn the language better that way. I have a FPELE certificate: Spanish as a Foreign Language Teacher Training. And I have taught A1 to B2 level at a language institute in Spain.

Korean Lessons for All Levels — Taught by an Experienced Native Speaker with 7+ Years of Teaching ExperienceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Korean Lessons for All Levels — Taught by an Experienced Native Speaker with 7+ Years of Teaching ExperienceTranslate this text using Google Translate.

Hi, I'm Heewon from South Korea, currently living in the Netherlands. I've been teaching Korean for over 7 years, to students ranging from 7-year-old kids to learners in their 50s, and from over a dozen different countries across Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East. My students' goals have been just as diverse that some simply want a fun hobby, while others are preparing for exchange programs, the TOPIK exam, or even university admission in Korea. Teaching this many different people has taught me a lot too. I've come to understand where students commonly struggle depending on linguistic background, and how to adjust my approach accordingly. I genuinely love this job. Helping a student reach their goal, or simply being able to have a real conversation with them in my native language, gives me a lot of joy and pride that's hard to describe unless you've experienced it. I also love sharing Korean culture with people from such different backgrounds which is one of my favorite parts of teaching. You can check lesson details. - Lessons built on my own grammar, vocabulary, and expression materials developed over 7+ years, no boring textbooks - Once the basic tenses are covered, we shift into free conversation in Korean, where you'll naturally pick up real slang and expressions native speakers actually use - I use authentic Korean media that variety shows, dramas, and movies to keep lessons engaging and relevant - Lessons are tailored to each student's level and goals, whether that's a hobby, exchange student prep, TOPIK, or university admission - Years of teaching students from many different countries have given me a strong sense of how cultural background affects the way people learn Korean

Learn and enjoy how to sing like a true opera singer!Translate this text using Google Translate.

Learn and enjoy how to sing like a true opera singer!Translate this text using Google Translate.

I believe everyone can sing, and it is one of the most extraordinary and fun things to do! Hello everyone! My name is Marion and I come from France. I have been a musician for as long as I can remember. I started when I was a kid as a trumpet player. I played in many different kinds of orchestras and had a lot of fun with this instrument, but it was nothing compare to my love for singing! This is why I decided to become a professional opera singer and I want to share my passion about singing! What do I offer? Classical singing lessons for all levels with a focus on opera, songs, oratorio and choir repertoire. I am based in Utrecht. You are welcome to come to my place, but I can also come to the students. Lessons can be taught in English or in French, but I also speak a little bit of Dutch. What will you learn? The fundamental elements of classical singing such as breathing, posture and resonances for example but also styles, pronunciation, interpretation and repertoire. An important aspect I want to approach in a singing lesson is how to help you find your own voice, both in a technical and in an interpretative sense. I can also guide you with anything solfège related like how to use and read a score or how to learn a song by heart. What is my philosophy about singing and pedagogy? I believe the best way to develop and improve a skill is when the students feel that they are in a safe place where they can dare to experiment but also have fun. This is an essential part of the process of music making and I try to bring fun and enjoyment to every lesson! I hope we will be in touch soon for a lesson. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions, I will be happy to have a chat with you! I look forward to meeting you! About me: I started my musical studies in my home country in France, at the Conservatoire de Caen and the Conservatoire de Rennes before coming to The Netherlands where I finished my voice bachelor’s degree at Het Conservatorium van Amsterdam in June 2018. Two years later I graduated from the Dutch National Opera Academy where I performed the role of Tigrane in Händel’s Radamisto, The Countess of Dunmow in Berkeley’s A Dinner Engagement, Arsace in Graun’s Cesare and Cleopatra and Fiordiligi in Mozart's Così fan tutte. Nowadays, I am a freelance soprano working in the Netherlands and in Belgium as a soloist and as a choir singer. I often participate in productions with the choir of the Dutch National Opera in Amsterdam, the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen in Antwerp or the Groot Omroepkoor in Hilversum. I was one of the laureates of the edition 2020/2021 of the Dutch Classical Talent Tour & Award, and I recently won the Handel Choir Jubilee Award.

Hernan is not just a good teacher but an exceptional one. I have had only one lesson with him so far, but I got so much from it, that I am looking forward to the next one. He went above and beyond from the beginning. He is very modest and professional in his teaching style, which makes it easy to absorb what he teaches. I would say I am an advanced composition and intermediate orchestration student with decades studying and composing by myself. I had been thinking about taking some advanced online courses available on the internet, but almost all such courses are really work-on-your-own courses. They might have Facebook groups available at best, where you can post questions. But they cannot compare to having a real teacher with the hands-on knowledge guiding you one on one. That one session was packed with so many great insights which I could have never gotten out of any video course or book. Only an insider of orchestration craft and the music composition industry could have such insights. I am looking forward to what I can learn in future lessons. UPDATE AFTER 15 LESSONS: I stopped after 15 lessons because honestly it will take me a long time to process and apply everything Hernan has given me. I will be applying it to my large portfolio of compositions, and I know my compositions are going to be much more mature and well-crafted after I apply what I have learnt to them. I have a completely tranformed attitude and understanding of music composition and orchestration craft. I thought it was simply a matter of learning additional material to get me to the advanced level of the masters. But I have learnt it is a whole world of nuances, subtleties and experience that the masters had a grasp of that allowed them to create at that level. Hernan has given me a good initiation into that world. I have also acquired tools and skills that will allow me to continue the journey on my own. Thank you Hernan.

I was thinking, that learning Chinese is extremely difficult, however, thanks to Shan,  this language becomes more and more clear for me. Every lesson is very productive and I feel, that I progress fast! Today, there are numerous teachers, who can teach you Chinese. However, only a few of them can make the educational process so interesting and enjoyable. Luckily for me, Shan is one of them and I am very happy, that I found her. Shan is very precise and corrects every my mistake. She can easily explain how to properly pronounce words with different tones, how to write syllables, the grammar and many more. I like, that with her, I am not just memorising Chinese language, but I do really understand it. Overall, without a doubt, I can say, that Shan is a great teacher! 心💕

The current ratings and reviews speak for themselves. Most are 5-star reviews, with a few 4-star reviews and none at a lower rating. She is an amazing teacher with more than a decade of experience. Who truly knows how to tailor a programme to each individual student. In 3 weeks, I've grown from knowing close to no grammar to being able to form proper sentences for everyday use. One aspect I value a lot about her way of teaching is that we apply the grammar not only to every-day situations but also to topics that tailor to my personal life circumstances. I have been convinced that, with the help of Marina, I will be able to grow my Mandarin skills exponentially over the next few months.
