Why is pelvic mobility important?
🔆Pelvic mobility is essential to meet the simplest daily functional needs such as walking or climbing stairs. The pelvis is the center of gravity and the largest bone complex in the human body. It is an insertion point for strong muscles: they form the muscular chains that have the pelvis as an anchor point.
The shortening or overtraining of some of them, due to sports postures or gestures, can generate an imbalance in the tensegrity system of the pelvic girdle and many local and adjacent problems, from muscle decompensations, pain, health problems at a visceral level and many others. aspects that are not taken into account 🧐
✅You have to ensure that your pelvis is in a neutral position, aligned at all times and in any activity you do so that your body does not adopt wrong postures by default and avoid having problems with its mobility and consequently other derived dysfunctions, such as hernias, lower back pain. , pelvic floor problems, etc.
📌The program aims to strengthen, stretch and put into tension the muscle chains and the analytical work of the abductor, adductor, extensor and pelvitrochanter complex. All of these myofascial elements determine the pelvic position and, in doing so, create or limit the freedom of the pelvis, having repercussions on the lower and upper limbs.
🤗 Of course we are not going to leave aside the rest of the body❗️❗️😅
The training approach will be individualized, after a general and analytical body evaluation.
Enough of so many aches and pains, release the superficial and deep fascia and revitalize your energy center. 🥰

About Me
Hello!
Thanks in advance for your interest in reading a bit of my profile and approaching some of the proposals offered 🤗
Well, first of all, my name is Carla and I would like to tell you that I am a Professional Dancer and Teacher in the discipline of Classical and Contemporary Dance. I was born in Argentina, but I have lived in Mexico for about twenty years now 🔥🙏
In addition to my profession, I love to dance everything, especially salsa and tango. I feel happy in contact with nature, lately I have been interested in plants and the garden, it takes time 😉
I am a lover of observation and the way in which the body adapts to the rhythm. I love analyzing the biomechanics of actions and finding ways to improve them and give them the individual touch that each person requires.
I love traveling, meeting people, although I admit to being selective with who enters my environment 🙃
I am curious, knowing and acquiring new skills. I feel happy to be accompanied by my pet guides 🌺
In my dance work and lifestyle, I have experienced bodily and emotional injuries that have led me to seek other parallel axes of encounters with my way of being in my present with and from the body and my faithful companion the mind. As far as being physical is concerned, I approached intuitively at first and then more formally to various knowledge related to the processes of re-training, rehabilitation and improvement of postures and muscular compensations for repetitive sports gesture or unnecessary muscular tensions for accumulation of efforts and anchored emotions.
Trust the body for its own realignment, through analytical and comprehensive work.
During the Pandemic, the time available, I favor the exploration spaces to result in a training that today I call
"BALANCE WORKOUT". ✨🙏 One of the class proposed on this Platform.
Since then, I continue to merge the work approach in the rest of the activities that I manage, observing very beneficial results. I mention it on a very personal note, since I have experienced it myself. 🔥
On the other hand, I am gradually making the proposal known and trusting, opening my work to the online market and leaving aside the obstacles that one usually puts up. 😅
"Small changes, generate big benefits"❗

📌It doesn't always take two for things to work...
To begin to connect, assimilate and experiment with new KNOWLEDGE, the most IMPORTANT thing is the body, the attitude, perseverance and a great pinch of confidence!
I always like to approach the codes of different dance disciplines, based on structures that work on the physical, rhythmic, and creative aspects.
There is an idea that Tango is difficult to learn, and of course if we approach it with that label, it will be that way. Starting from the main concept of tango, WALKING, something that we all do most of the time, dancing tTANGO is within everyone's reach.🤗
Another very important point is the way to assimilate and understand it 😉😅
❤️🔥What will the classes be like, you ask?
I'll tell you a little bit, we are going to develop the structure in the work of weight changes, the step, projection of the walk, the pivot, understanding the kinesphere individually and as a couple translated into the hug, the turns and the spiral torso to understand the momentum in various exercises, the eights so famous in tango, the basic step and universal exit, walks with the concept of lanes and much more from various sequences that familiarize you with the technical needs to be able to perform the steps without leaving aside the dynamics, pulse, accent and compas of the tango. Everything will be raised in the background in a more organic way. It's not just about learning individual steps, and then...what do we do 🧐? It is not the form that should take the leading role, but the way in which you express that form.
We will also let your creative and playful side be part of the process, through a tool that I consider very valuable, which is improvisation 👌 since it allows you to find your own style and recognize your strengths and weaknesses to continue growing in your passion for dance.
With all these tools, entering the world of more complex sequences and why not, creating your own, will be one more step and not an impossible challenge to achieve.🤩
Don't forget that the steps that are known today and a large part of the sequences emerged from a restless and creative mind, which explored synonymous with IMPROVISE❗️
Let's go through the process together and hold each other in a hug.

The classes are aimed at the assimilation of technical elements with a biomechanical approach, focusing on the development of appropriate mechanics based on muscle chains and joint release. Knowledge of the objectives of the class sequences with a methodology broken down into the steps, theoretical and practical, will allow a more conscious execution in the long term, preventing short-term injuries. The importance of identifying body strengths and weaknesses individually, to program an exercise plan and overcome technical challenges in the development of a ballet class. Coordination, agility, resistance, stability, flexibility and proprioception will be objectives within reach during classes!
Commitment and dedication will be our allies 🤗
There is always time to start with your dreams and goals, whether you are just starting out, you have been training for a while and you want to give your work a twist to the codes of classical dance from a more organic perspective or dance has simply been part of your life and you like to be active based on the psycho-physical benefits of this discipline.
Together we can share the process of training from a different consciousness, attending to the body as a whole.😁
