Acerca de mí

Damiano is an Italian pianist, composer and arranger. He was born and raised in the small Apulian town of Trani, and began his classical music studies in 2015 at the conservatory ‘Niccolò Piccinni’ in Bari under the supervision of Cinzia Falco. After graduating in classical piano in October 2018, Damiano continued studying at the same institution by attending the master's degree course.
Damiano performed in numerous venues, playing several concercerts including:

the holiday season concerts at the "Domenico Sarro" association of Trani in 2016
the concert for "The musical creativity of musicians" at the Auditorium "Nino Rota" performing the compositions of various directors of the conservatory "N. Piccinni" in 2017
a piano concert at the Diocesan Museum old town of Taranto
the piano recital in Martina Franca for the "PianoLab" 2018 and 2019
various editions of the Piano City Napoli Festival (2018-2019)
the inauguration of a new piano festival: the CosenzaPianoFest
at the third edition of "Classical music under the stars" in the town of Trani
in Groningen, the Netherlands, in the AE Hall of the Prins Claus Conservatory
at the Eutherpe Hall located in Leon, Spain in February 2020

Strongly interested in music harmony, Damiano takes care of every musical aspect while playing and studying. He pays close attention to both the harmonical and technical aspect of a music piece. This personal attitude not only helps him to expand his repertoire but also his existing harmonic knowledged with new compositional elements. This is the reason why he continues to pursue his compositional studies.

I created a special program for students who want to play any kind of music (popular, jazz, classical), but can't spend a lot of time studying.
You will learn how to read and play sheet music and chords. We cover the basics very fast so you will start playing your favorite songs right away.

I also cover some music theory that will help you get a better understanding of what you are playing. In this way the skills you get can then be used for playing other instruments, composing and songwriting.

Classically trained and world influenced, I am proficient in both old and new musical styles My main instrument is guitar, but I am also quite taken by the piano. My formation is from classic piano, being that my main activity of study. I have played different styles aswell, from jazz to neo soul, and I also enjoy playing piano through midi and produce music. Lately I have been creating lo fi piano music so I think I can offer a wide range of different styles. I like to work listening the demands of my students, and not imposing repertory that doesn't come from the desire of the student, although I can offer some guidelines in order to make the progress of the student more organize and consistent.

Hello! I’m Roser, a flutist and piccolist currently living in Groningen. I graduated from my bachelor on 2023 in Conservatori Superior de Música “Mestre Tàrrega” in Castelló, Spain. In 2023 I moved to Groningen to start my master studies at Prince Claus Conservatorium. During my bachelor in Spain I worked as a flute and music theory teacher in three elementary music schools and I have complemented my experience with courses in pedagogical strategies.

The lessons will be fully adapted to each student and their musical interests or goals. For me it is very important that you can learn all the technical aspects of the flute but also that you can enjoy and express yourself playing the music you like the most.
