For about 3 years I had a serious problem with my vocal chords (incomplete closure) and a dislocated larynx. Have been taking lessons with Matteo for 6 months (approximately every 2 weeks) and couldn't be happier with the choice. His attention for identifying strengths and weaknesses in technique is excellent, and it's clear he genuinely cares about helping you to improve. I also really appreciated from the first lesson his nuanced approach to vocal technique, where instead of framing things as right or wrong, he focuses more on helping you to understand what you are doing (thus leaving room for stylistic choices). I have also found discussions regarding song composition incredibly helpful as an aspiring singer-songwriter. Overall, thrilled with the experience so far and have certainly started to see improvements in my vocal technique during the last few months.

Ai is a wonderful teacher. She's great at explaining all sorts of grammatical concepts and she's sweet with a good sense of humour to boot. I definitely recommend everyone who's interested in learning how to speak, write or read Japanese to consider taking lessons from her. If you're motivated and do the assigned homework, you'll make a lot of progress in a very small period of time. It's only been two weeks, but I already feel like my Japanese has improved considerably!
