Als pianodocent zorg ik dat je een stevige technische basis krijgt, maar ook dat je vanaf het begin lekker muziek kunt maken. Ik hoor graag van je welke kant je op wilt - klassiek, pop, jazz - en dan zetten we samen koers.

Présentation

Ik ben een gemoedelijke leraar met oog voor mijn leerlingen. Ik zorg altijd voor een gezellige sfeer en stel me bij de kennismaking ten doel om zowel het uitgangsniveau als de wensen van de nieuwe leerling goed in kaart te brengen. Daarna zie ik het als een muzikaal avontuur dat we samen aangaan, waarbij de route wordt bepaald door wat er aan adviezen nodig is om de ontwikkeling van de leerling tot een doorlopende lijn te maken.
Ik geef graag thuis les op mijn Grotrian-Steinweg vleugel, maar geef desgewenst ook les bij de leerling aan huis.

Education

DJAM (opleiding voor jazz en lichte muziek), Amsterdam. Pianolessen bij onder meer Wolfgang Maiwald, Bert van den Brink, en Edwin Berg. Theorieles van Jeroen Bohan.

Expérience / Qualifications

Al rond mijn twintigste gaf ik pianoles aan kinderen. In de loop der jaren heb ik bovendien als repetitor een aantal zangeressen begeleid naar hun toelatingsexamen op het conservatorium. Daarnaast gaf en geef ik muziektheorieles, ook aan mensen die een ander instrument dan piano spelen.

Beste muziek- en pianoliefhebber, welkom op mijn profielpagina!

Mijn naam is Waldemar en ik ben docent klassiek piano.
Ik geef les aan jong (vanaf 8 jaar) en oud, individueel of in groepsverband.

Mijn opleiding heb ik genoten bij Fania Chapiro te Hilversum en later aan het Amsterdamse Conservatorium bij Danielle Dechenne.

Afhankelijk van je niveau zullen we in principe alle aspecten van techniek en interpretatie behandelen. Speciale wensen kun je altijd bij mij kenbaar maken.
Daarnaast vind ik het belangrijk om de lessen gestructureerd in te richten en op thema's te focussen zodat je ook echt wat leert.

Naast pianodocent ben ik ook beschikbaar als docent compositie, muziektheorie of solfège.

I have studied classical piano for over 10 years and have completed my Royal Conservatory of Music studies in Canada. I have over 3 years of experience teaching singing and piano to young students (as early as age 4) to beginner adults at the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation Programs.

I am a passionate, calm and patient teacher who wants to share my love of music with my fellow students. I am also keen on helping students improve and gain further confidence to perform.

I will be teaching online and when it is suitable I will be able to teach on location.

I am a professional classical pianist in the Netherlands working as a performer, accompanist, and piano teacher. I have bachelor's and master's degrees from the Conservatori Liceu in Barcelona and I'm actually taking my second master studies in HKU Conservatorium in Utrecht.

I am very fond of teaching and have experience with people of all ages and levels. For kids, I prepare dynamic classes with different techniques, games, and approaches, so they can be a fun experience for them. It's very important for me to teach students the best tools for approaching music but mainly that they enjoy, learn, and have a good time. We build and talk about the lessons and goals together, always following your interests and dreams with music.
