Trusted teacher: In French : For almost ten years, my method has strived to move away from those found at the Academy, sometimes considered austere and outdated. In my opinion, the student is the main actor in his learning, and the teacher should be his caring guide. In my opinion, his role is to provide him with appropriate help and support, and not to impose pre-established rules that do not take into account his unique needs. The image of the harsh and cold teacher should therefore be forgotten with me. My philosophy is always to encourage without imposing. The student will also have the opportunity to have access to a much broader repertoire than that imposed in classical education. Thus, he will be able to play his favorite music from all walks of life, whether it be themes from songs, plays, films, series or even video games. Of course, I also encourage classical music, as long as the student finds pleasure in it, which remains and will remain the most important for me. After all, what is music if not the purest and universal essence of our humanity, which brings together and unites our hearts and minds? In English: Over a decade of teaching, I have developed a method of teaching piano that differs from the ones found in the academic environment. For me, the student should be at the center of his learning journey. The teacher should be a guide who provides the student with tailor-made help and support, without forcing preexisting rules that don't reflect the unique needs of each student. No cold, strict or ill-tempered teaching on my watch! My philosophy goes by the following: always encourage, never impose. The student also has the opportunity to explore a much larger repertoire than the one imposed in classical education. He/She has the freedom to play any music from all backgrounds, including songs, shows, movies, series or even video games. Of course I also encourage classical music, as long as the student enjoys it, which will always be the most important part for me. After all, what is music, if not the purest and most universal essence of our humanity, the one that connects our hearts and souls?

Trusted teacher: Graduated for 5 years from the Royal Conservatory of Mons, having done many Master Classes and an Erasmus in Vienna, I continue to improve with a great virtuoso (1st prize of the Queen Elisabeth Competition) at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels to be able to better help my students. My courses are aimed at children as well as adults or seniors. The concept is based on learning in joy and good humor. I listen to each of my students to best meet his needs. One can as well work pieces of classical music as varieties ,. Some students come with songs they dreamed of playing, so we work together. I like to gather all my students twice a year so that they have the opportunity to show their work in public. This concert is always followed by the glass of friendship. LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION from parents: "Having Anaïs as my children's piano teacher, I can testify to her remarkable pedagogical skills associated with a high pianistic talent. The quality of her contact with the children is such that they leave courses always highly motivated. new ideas, interesting pieces, and appreciated by the children! Anaïs also makes a point of honor to what they learn in the good mood, while not neglecting the rigor, key element in the piano learning. " "We are the parents of Olivia and Victoria H .... Anaïs follows our children aged 9 and 11 in learning a musical instrument, namely the piano. For 2 years, she supervises them every week with motivation, availability and professionalism. In addition to her professional skills, she is lively, spontaneous and enthusiastic. The progress of our children is impressive and we can only strongly recommend the services of Anaïs " "My son is dyspraxic, which means that he has difficulties in motor coordination (making a shoelace or buttoning a shirt are, for example, difficult activities)." Despite this, Anaïs managed to make her reach a respectable level, to which besides, I did not expect it, I think that these advances are due to the good balance that Anaïs introduces between musical rigor and educational flexibility. " "For 2 years, my daughter Louise, 11, has been studying piano and solfege with Anaïs, and I attend every week and feel very sincerely that her method and pedagogy are excellent. Anais sometimes needed with my daughter. I can only encourage you to contact her. " "My two children are taking piano lessons at Anaïs, and I am delighted with the quality of the classes she offers and the excellent pedagogy that inspires her. Indeed, Anaïs offers a rigorous and enthusiastic apprenticeship to introduce young people to the piano. It regularly organizes concerts that aim to bring together students of all ages and levels and build confidence in front of an audience. I highly recommend the passionate and motivating pedagogy of Anaïs. " "Anaïs is a very professional person and she is very good at making Louise progress through her patience, availability and good mood." Louise goes to her piano lessons enthusiastically every week, so we can only strongly recommend the services of Anaïs "

Ksenija's first lesson with our kids was great. She has a friendly, positive manner which the kids can relate to and which is motivational for them. In sum, i would highly recommend Ksenija to anyone looking for a piano teacher. Sadly, the lessons have been temporarily suspended while we are all in lockdown but we hope they will be able to resume before too long!
