I have the curiosity and eagerness to learn. It gives me a natural ability to teach because I believe only a good student can be a good teacher. I have tutoring experience in the past. I have completed my graduation in engineering. On the professional front, I am a banker. I moved to the Netherlands and am currently on a break. I would love to indulge in my passion for teaching. I recently finished two masters in clinical and work/organisational psychology. I can tutor students in psychology/sociology/anthropology courses. I know most people struggle with statistics. I can increase your grade with 2-3 classes. If you also need help with a thesis, I can either help write it or supervise your journey.

During my studies in Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam (graduated in 2015, MSc.) and in addition to my job as a consultant, I have always taught mathematics and statistics to secondary school students and university students (HBO and WO) with great pleasure. Since 2022 I work parttime as a math teacher and educational advisor in the Emma Children's Hospital in Amsterdam and besides I teach private students. My perspective is that if a child enjoys learning, they are the most motivated and most successful. Therefore, I try to teach in a way that the children actually enjoy and are excited about coming to my tutoring. After having received a bachelor in Aerospace Engineering and Philosophy & Mathematics, I am now doing research at the University of Cambridge in the field of AI. Because of this, I am only able to give online classes. My teaching is based on a principles of compassion, understanding and personalisation. I believe that every student is different and that for every student a tailor-made approach is required to create the perfect lesson. After all, each of us retains information in a different way. For some, visual learning is crucial, while for others simply talking through the problem can be enough. Math, at all levels, is a subject that requires a lot of effort, time, and understaning. Being followed by a tutor is in some cases essential to understand all of the topics and succeed in tests, exams and even homeworks. Coming from a Mathematical and Scientifical High School in collaboration with the Padua University I learned how to deal with many different students for many different topics. The goal of the class is to make the students understand math thanks to adaptability of speech and patience from the teacher. The main focus of this class is algebra and trigonometry but I will be able to teach at any level until bachelor degree, I am very comfortable at teaching with people all age, showing seriousness with young adults and adults and patience and inventive with younger students ( even kids)

Mathematics is a challenging subject for many Secondary School students. However, with the right guidance and an appropriate amount of practice, the students will eventually be able to make sense of Math and become better at it. This will be my job, to guide the students to a point where they understand the Mathematical topics they learn at school and be able to solve their homework exercises and pass their tests.

I'm Ehsan, a researcher at Utrecht University. I have PhD in Mathematical Analysis.
