A seasoned musician, the classical guitar has always been closest to my heart—the instrument’s power to create wonderful music from just fingers, nylon strings, and a crafted wooden body continues to inspire me daily. I have had the privilege to study under some of the greatest masters of classical guitar, maintaining lasting friendships and a strong connection to the wider world of music. My career has included holding masterclasses in support of Carlos Bonell and performing in many beautiful halls, each experience fueling my love for sharing music.

I now offer teaching to anyone inspired to begin or deepen their journey with this amazing instrument. My lessons are tailored to the student's needs, focusing on technical foundation, musicality, and individual expression, whether in-person or online. My aim is to empower and guide every student to become confident, creative musicians—built on tradition, but always personal and rewarding.

Je propose désormais mes cours à toute personne désireuse de commencer ou d’approfondir son parcours avec cet instrument fascinant. Mes leçons sont personnalisées selon les besoins de chaque élève, avec un accent sur la technique, la musicalité et l’expression individuelle, que ce soit en présentiel ou en ligne. I Studied at Bristol university, UK, then privately with Carlos Bonell from the Royal College of Music, London, then 4 years at Koblenz academy under Hubert Kappel and Aniello Desiderio.

Violinist from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and the IMEP of Namur, I give violin lessons at all levels, all ages, from 5 years old for children.

With several years of experience in teaching the violin, my lessons are for everyone, whatever your desires. I adapt my method according to the wish as well as the age of the student, and starting an instrument as an adult should not be a brake.
Graduated in Musicology from La Sorbonne as well as from the ULB, I also offer support courses in Musical Training, History of Music and Analysis.

An instrument lesson usually lasts one hour. If necessary, I can cut the time between Violin and Musical Training / History.

My rates are 29/hour at my home (Schaerbeek), 35 if I travel.

My name is Francisco, I am an Argentinian guitarist currently living in Brussels. I am finishing my studies at the conservatory (KCB), but I have been playing for most of my life and teaching privately and in music academics for a few years already.
Although my main focus musically is in jazz and improvisation in general, I am also into funk, blues, rock, pop, indie and folk.

I would define my teaching style as flexible, in the sense that I believe in building a programme together with each of my students, in the which his or her specific musical interests are covered and the same time, diving into and developing the areas which I consider fundamental, regardless of the musical style or genre: rhythm and time feel, sound, technique, posture and fretboard knowledge.

In practice:
Lessons take place in my home studio in Rixensart. I can also give lessons online, but I prefer face-to-face lessons so that I can easily guide the student and clearly hear (and see) all the nuances of what is being played. I mainly use the interactive music notation platform soundslice.com to share my scores. The scores, tablature and guitar methods are synchronised with the original tracks or learning videos, either tailor-made or from great masters and available on YouTube. It is possible to loop sections, slow down passages as desired, gradually speed up, keep a practice calendar to see when you have worked and motivate yourself to move forward. It really is a learning tool that I wish I had had when I was younger. ;-)

I also encourage everyone to get a small keyboard so they can practice harmony in a practical way on the piano, which allows them to break out of their guitar habits and become better musicians with a multidisciplinary understanding of music.

Giovanna raised and formed in Florence, where she began her guitar studies at the age of five at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole. In September, she graduated cum laude and she's currently enrolled in the Master’s program at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel, studying with Antigoni Goni.

Winner of many international competitions, she performed plenty of times in Italy and in 2023 she has held a solo concert in Milan for the XXXVIII Società Umanitaria's concerts season. Next to renowned guitarists, such as Luigi Attademo and Giorgio Albiani, she performed the world premiere of Álvaro Company’s Concert Català for ten guitars, in the revision by Vincenzo Saldarelli.

Alongside her performing activity, Giovanna has developed a strong dedication to teaching adults, children, and teenagers. She tailors each learning path to the individual student, carefully balancing personal interests with technical and artistic development, whether for amateur musicians or students preparing for conservatory admission. Her teaching approach places particular emphasis on physical awareness and well-being, guiding students toward healthy and efficient use of the body while playing. Music theory is fully integrated into her lessons and is always connected to practical application on the instrument.
