On a physical level, we gain body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance, endurance... Trusted teacher: This course invites participants to experience natural well-being through Mindfulness and Eco-Psychology techniques, connecting with nature as a tool for personal development. Nature helps us to see our own emotional and mental processes reflected; therefore, each class includes moments of introspection in a natural environment that strengthens full awareness and a sense of belonging to the environment. Through conscious walks, mindfulness practices and guided breathing exercises, participants will learn to reduce stress and improve their emotional balance. In addition to the emotional benefits, these practices offer physical renewal when performed in green spaces. Through this experience, participants not only acquire techniques for stress management, but also experience lasting mental peace that helps them reconnect with what is essential and cultivate a more balanced and healthy life. For the face-to-face modality, sometimes I will come to your home and other times we will work in the Valdebebas Forest Park, a perfect environment with hardly any traffic of people to put into practice the tools of this course and achieve objectives in less time. For the web-cam mode, I will assign you tasks to be performed in natural environments of your choice, either in a park near your work or home. In addition, I will give you a set of personalized guided meditations to perform during your tasks. As a welcome gift, with your first class I will give you a package of incense for space energy cleansing, for personal cleansing and for meditations, as well as an incense holder. In addition, I will give you a set of emergency guided meditations with your name for Sleep, for episodes of Anxiety and to work on Concentration.
