My teaching style is to let learners choose the topics they want, whether it's about their interests, asking questions, or to focus on the issues they encountered in their daily life with Chinese in Taiwan. I also make customize materials for them so that they can review or preview even they are not in class. I like to let my learners be the person who chooses the topic for our class since I thought that's more helpful for learning a language - learn the things you want (but not the offensive topics) or learn the things for solving the problem you encountered with Chinese.
