I am a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I have been training and competing for 14 years and I want to share my passion with as many people as possible, since I truly believe in the value of the numerous benefits Brazilian jiu-jitsu has to offer, both on and off the mats for self-defense and self-improvement. The focus of the class will depend on the skill level and experience of the student and what the student wishes to develop. The class is open to men, women and children and will typically involve a warm-up/stretching, drills/technique and sparring. I offer to train you in the comfort of your own home, if you have the space, or in an outdoor location such as a park near your location. I bring my personal training mats to your location. I look forward to meeting you and sharing the mats with you!
