I have a great interest in the holistic view of yoga. This is why I strive to include in my classes different elements that make up the practice of yoga.

To describe my classes to you, I would say that they are sequenced around a flow, with additions of pranayama and breathing techniques, mantras, meditation, sometimes songs in Sanskrit and other techniques depending on the level of my students (bandhas, mudras ...)

I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

Also, I really like the relationship between yoga and sounds. Most of the time, I offer sessions with music.
In Vinyasa, I use it to make the flow even more fluid and in Yin, the sounds accompany us to help in the stillness of the poses and because I deeply believe in the healing power of sound.

About Me

If you want to know more about my yoga journey ↴

I heard about yoga since I’m a kid because both of my parents were Ashtanga students, but I followed my very first yoga class in 2016 in Paris.

Then during my first trip in California, I discovered that yoga is way more than just asana practice and I became fascinated by the philosophic aspect of yoga and all the holistic approach of it.
As a student, I’m learning through classes and personal readings the multiple dimensions of yoga. All the tools it brings to us are the reasons why I’m so interested in it and why I’m willing to devote my days around yoga and people.

In 2017, I teached kids yoga in summer camps in San Francisco.
During these one hour-long classes, we worked on breathing techniques, flexibility, simple asanas and played yoga card game. I remember how pleasant it was to see their faces and smiles after this special time.

In 2018, in San Diego, I went back to Trilogy Sanctuary (a studio I loved so much the past year), to propose my services as karma yogi in exchange to be able to have an unlimited free yoga mat. This deal allowed me to deepen my practice and discovered, refined my preferred yoga styles. I spent lot of time in Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin and Aerial classes.

Since then, I kept going into my personal practice and learning about yoga.

In September i took the decision to follow my first teacher training in Mallorca. This 200h multi-style is Yoga Alliance© registered.
