About Me
In my twenty-seven years as a faculty member, I have taught courses of various levels, ranging from principles to advanced topics, to students of computer engineering, electrical communications, and electronics.

My teaching philosophy combines the concepts of learning and teaching. Learning is an active process, involving the relationship of new material to the old. Teaching is a way to stimulate and monitor the learning process. Students learn best when they are actively involved in the learning process. Active learning can include discussions, written assignments with notes, annotated reading, and even note-taking while listening to lectures; Any process involving the student's reflection on the material being presented. Different students express a preference or inclination towards certain learning styles. Experience and environment can influence which styles a student may prefer; Thus, students who learned a certain method early on, may prefer that method throughout their lives. The teacher should try to recognize differences in learning styles, and try to include aspects in teaching that will appeal to a variety of styles while trying to expand the individual student's repertoire of styles.

As a teacher, my overall teaching methods are based on: Simplicity to understand, this is a quote from Albert Einstein, "If you can't explain it to a six-year-old, you don't understand it yourself."
