I offer yoga classes (my style is classical Hatha, as well as Vinyasa) for beginners and intermediate level in Russian or English. I like to combine pranayama with creative dynamic sequences with a focus on correct alignment of the body. The main purpose of my classes is to make you feel balance between body and mind.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and am Yoga Alliance certified teacher (I obtained my certificate after finishing 200 hours' yoga teacher training in Sanapurna Yoga Studio, Zurich). Yoga gives me balance, joy and inspiration and keeps me sane while raising two little kids :-).
