Bonjour à tous !

I am Anne, I come from the beautiful and rainy Bretagne, in France, and I settled in the beautiful,and less rainy Berlin.

As I'm myself learning German, I understand the struggles you face when you learn a new language. I know that it is sometimes hard to dive into this new world and how much a safe atmosphere is important when it comes to make this challenge self-rewarding and stay motivated.

That's why, after a first meeting, we'll define together your needs and personal objectives, so that I can adapt my lessons. We'll answer two important questions : what goals do you want to achieve (focus on oral skills, pass an exam, understand verbs’ conjugation...) and how do you personally find motivation ?

Positive emotions and motivation help us memorize better, like repetition. So, depending on which learner you are, we can resort to games, flash-cards, mind-maps, creative activities so as to solicit imagination and have fun... You can propose themes (and I have a bunch in stock), so that I build courses that would help you learning by working on subjects you're interested in.

I'm a caring and enthusiastic teacher, you're more than welcome to try a first course with me, and see if it suits you !

I am passionate about pedagogy and sharing knowledge. I used to be a French teacher for teenagers in French's National Education but decided to expand my working field to teaching French as a foreign language, for both adults and teenagers, and it turned out to be a very interesting new approach which benefits from my own exciting experience of learning German.

I’m myself learning German, and web development. I’m passionate about languages and the beautiful worlds they open. I think it’s always better to have fun while learning something new and challenging !

2015 : Validation of my master's degree in teaching, pedagogy, and education at Nantes University.

2014 : Obtention of my teaching certificate : CAPES de Lettres Modernes, and validation of my master's degree in modern literature at Nantes University.
