About Me

Hello! I’m Anna, a certified Physical Education teacher with a Master’s degree in Adapted Physical Activity. I have extensive experience in swimming instruction, aqua aerobic, rehabilitation training, and functional fitness — both in person and online.

I specialize in working with people of all ages and abilities: from complete beginners to advanced athletes, including individuals with disabilities, seniors, and youth. My approach is fully personalized: I analyze your needs, create tailored training programs, and monitor your progress with regular support.

For swimming, I provide video-based coaching and optionally, real-time guidance via waterproof audio equipment. For fitness sessions, I design effective workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment.

I speak Greek and English and currently offer online coaching worldwide.
