Mathematics can often feel complex and overwhelming, but with the right approach, it becomes much more manageable and even enjoyable. My goal as a tutor is to help students not only understand the material, but also find the learning method that works best for them.

I work with students at school level, SAT level, and university level, supporting them in building a strong foundation and progressing confidently through their subjects.

My teaching approach begins with identifying each student’s gaps in understanding. I then provide clear explanations using simple language, structured steps, and relatable examples. Once the concept is understood, I guide students through practice, allowing them to apply what they’ve learned and develop real confidence in problem-solving. Many of my students see improvement within a few lessons.

I also create personalized exercises tailored to each student, helping reinforce knowledge and target specific weaknesses.

Beyond improving grades, I focus on helping students:
• Gain confidence in mathematics
• Develop logical and structured thinking
• Learn how to approach problems effectively

Having worked with students from diverse backgrounds and levels, I adapt my teaching style to each individual, ensuring that every student feels supported and motivated.

My aim is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them better understand how they learn and approach challenges with confidence.

I am Narmin, and I see tutoring as more than just helping students solve exercises — it is about helping them truly understand and grow.

For me, the most rewarding part of teaching is seeing students overcome difficulties they once thought were impossible, build confidence, and progress further in their studies. That is why my approach goes beyond memorization. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind each concept and learn how to think like a mathematician.

Rather than simply showing solutions, I guide students to understand the reasoning step by step, so they can solve similar problems independently and with confidence.

My goal is not only to help students succeed academically, but also to help them develop a deeper understanding, confidence, and a more positive relationship with mathematics.

U Leuven; Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), 2024–2027. Currently in my second year, with strong performance in Mathematics, Statistics, and Accounting, demonstrating a solid analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Erfahrung / Qualifikationen

I have been tutoring for almost 1.5 years by now, and have tutored more than 30 students during my journey. Additionally, I had lessons with students from different cultural backgrounds and personalities. That is why, i earned how to communicate, understand and explain situations with different analogies.
