The form of the lessons adapts to the specific requests, needs and problems of the student. It may include one or more of the following: - help with homework - proofreading/corrections of written work - revisions for exams, essays, courses - help with presentations, talks etc. - learning English through exercises and/or conversations I also generally help with: - organization of a work / review plan, with creation of a calendar, division of labor etc. - memorization: different techniques and advice - the methodology: how to be efficient in your work and in your reading, how to take good notes etc. - concentration and stress management - general advice My studies at university allow me to have access to rare and useful resources for learning English, which can enrich the courses. They also helped me to be more efficient in researching and citing useful sources for courses, dissertations, presentations etc. Lessons can be given at the student's home, in a municipal library, in a UNIGE building, or by webcam (for example via Jitsi, which is free, practical, and has always worked well with my students).

Having been a teacher for over ten years in Geneva, I am passionate about my work and, more generally, about the French language. I can help you with both language and literature; together we will find ways for you to progress. My goal is to give meaning to knowledge and to show that you can study French while having fun! I also hold a Master's degree in modern French, general history, and French teaching. I offer weekly monitoring through an online platform, so you can measure your progress and practice outside of lessons. I like to offer several means of learning, from the most basic (doing exercises, copying sentences) to the most modern (playing small games, watching videos ...). It all depends on the student and their expectations. It is quite possible for me to help with the writing / correction of work, to finish; I will not do them for you of course, but can provide you with the support and follow-up you need to make them happen. See you soon !

Recently graduated with a double master's degree in international relations and political science, I have already worked in German-speaking Switzerland (Grisons) and lived in Zurich, in addition to numerous stays in Germany. I am a very caring person, full of motivation and dynamism, and above all full of desire to help my students progress in this language that I love so much: German! I adapt to all levels and am very attentive to the needs of my students. I have already had 2 students in private lessons. During a typical lesson, I have the student speak to check what they have learned from the previous lesson, then, based on a weekly theme, work on oral or written comprehension as a basis for acquiring vocabulary and new expressions. Then again I have the student speak about what he/she has understood and explain the important grammatical points. I develop this typical structure according to the needs expressed.
