Trusted teacher: Looking for educational, versatile and fun piano lessons? Look no further. My name is Áron and I am a 26-year-old performing artist and educator from Hungary. I have been playing the piano for over 18 years and I have taught students of all ages, from beginners to advanced musicians. What can you expect from your piano classes with me? My main goal, apart from teaching the technique, theory and repertoire, is to show students how much joy music can bring to their life and to let them expand their own musical ideas. You will be able to discover the importance of musicality, artistry, the role of music in our life, the attitude of playing, listening, composing and experimenting with new sounds. STRUCTURE BY LEVEL Beginner* I have got my own techniques of teaching kids (lots of colors, shapes, children songs), as well as adult beginners. What’s most important in this stage is to let the student enjoy the sound of the piano, and be satisfied and motivated after a lesson. Together we will work on a certain repertoire that will help you improve your technique and hearing skills, develop your musical knowledge and creativity. Intermediate* With students of this level, we will work more on perfecting the harmony, technique, and transcription. You will learn how to improvise a more challenging repertoire that requires the practice of both technique and music analysis. Advanced* Depending on your goal, I am going to help you develop a certain part of your piano playing. We are going to dive into details of harmony (jazz harmony), improvisational skills, compositional skills, stage skills and more. *Classes can be tailored to your needs and particular areas of interest if needed. I hope you are excited to explore music together! :) Feel free to reach me at if you have any questions.

Hello everyone, My name is Marine, I'm 28 years old and I've been playing the piano since I was 12. A graduate of the Chantilly Departmental Conservatory in France (training obtained alongside my baccalaureate), I also studied jazz for two years in a specialized school, then in jazz piano classes at the conservatory. My musical approach is therefore rich, lively and open, far from rigid classical patterns. ⸻ 🎯 For whom? • Children from 5-6 years old, teenagers and adult beginners • No prior knowledge required • Ideal for those who want to discover the piano while having fun, without any professional objectives ⸻ 🌟 My teaching methods The idea is not to learn the piano as a constraint, but to experience it as a pleasure, a way of expressing yourself and discovering your own musicality. ✅ Method without traditional music theory: we work by ear, drawing inspiration from videos (such as “synthesia”), well-known songs and film music. ✅ Progressive but natural learning: we start with popular music (cartoons, pop culture, film music – Disney, Harry Potter, etc.) ✅ Objective: to develop listening, musical sensitivity, interpretation, creativity, and the pleasure of playing ✅ Gentle introduction to improvisation and the first elements of jazz, if the student is curious. ⸻ 🎶 Why me? • Experience with children and adolescents (I have already helped several young people learn their favorite music) • Lessons adapted to each student: I attach great importance to their musical tastes, their desires, their pace • Caring, encouraging approach focused on the enjoyment of music • I am French-speaking, but I can also adapt to an international audience if necessary. ⸻ 📍 Where? • At home (Amsterdam, De Pijp) ⸻ ✨ If your child dreams of playing Let It Go, Harry Potter or The Lion King on the piano, or if you yourself finally want to dare to put your hands on a keyboard, I would be delighted to accompany you on this musical adventure.

Hi, I'm Sterre! In 2024 I got my bachelor's degree in classical piano at the conservatory in Rotterdam. I'm currently doing my master's degree at the Prins Claus Conservatory in Groningen. I regularly give concerts, besides that I also really enjoy giving piano lessons to children and adults who are motivated to learn to play this instrument! I give piano lessons in Groningen. My passion for playing the piano started when I was 11 years old. I was staying with a friend who had a piano. At first I wasn't very interested, but by chance I had a piano app on my phone that allowed you to play the easy version of Für Elise and other pieces. Because I thought it would be more fun to play on a real piano, I sat down at it. I enjoyed it so much that I played the piano the rest of the day! Later I got a piano myself. I taught myself to read notes and the theory around it. I progressed very quickly, because within a year I was accepted to the preparatory course of the conservatory in Rotterdam. (Havo/Vwo for music and dance.) When I finished the preparatory course I continued with the Bachelor at the Rotterdam conservatory. At the moment I am studying in the first year of my Master. Piano lessons: First we discuss your goals with each other to see where you want to grow towards. I then adapt my lessons accordingly. Furthermore, I find it important to focus the lessons on the basic principles of piano playing. Notation, rhythmic skills and a good body and hand position. In addition, I find it very important to teach expression and musicality. But the most important thing is to have fun playing the piano! Anyone can learn to play the piano! From the age of 5 I also give piano lessons to children. I teach in a playful way to keep it interesting for children. I work with a nice lesson book with nice assignments and clear explanations.

Hey there! My name is Yorgos and I am a guitar performer and instructor. Originating from Greece I embarked on musical journey to the Netherlands because of its reach musical scene. For the past eleven years I have been pursuing my musical career in the city of Rotterdam and have been teaching in various musical styles and ages. At the age of fourteen, I picked up a guitar, and two decades later, it feels like an extension of my soul. With over twenty years of experience strumming and shaping melodies, I’ve spent eleven of those years sharing my passion as a private instructor and performer. My musical journey has led me to teach a diverse range of students—from seven-year-olds to adults—covering everything from the pop and blues to the soulful depths of rock, jazz, funk, and folk. During my studies at the Royal Conservatory I learned the how work with the basics of the Kodaly solmisation system and In addition I taught ensemble lessons at the International School of The Hague. Further on, I got the opportunity to develop my knowledge on music theory, and gained experience with rhythmic, melodic solfège and sightreading. These are topics I always like to include in my lessons, because I find them very important not only for the personal growth of each musician, but also for the deeper connection they create between the musician and the instrument. Finally, even though I like incorporating all the elements mentioned above into my lessons I foremost focus on tailoring the lessons around the needs of every student and helping in any way I can their growth of musical curiosity. I am looking forward to hearing from you and exploring the vast and beautiful world of music together!

I am more than happy with the lessons Aron has provided for my children aged 4 and 6, who are absolutely beginners. He is patient, helpful and supportive. He is always well-prepared and tries to make the most out of every session. Aron is an inspiring teacher, who makes learning fun and encourages students, even if it means some exploring on his instrument. He is fun to be around, but above all an excellent pianist with a brilliant technique and a passion for music. Although unfortunately we cannot proceed with the classes, because of relocation, he is highly recommended
