I’m Ece — an explorer just like you. A nature lover, a passionate cook, a plant enthusiast, and someone who finds joy in singing, dancing, and painting. Professionally, I’m an Industrial Engineer with 8 years of experience in international sales.

Here is the short story of me:

Despite checking off all the boxes on my life’s to-do list, I found myself feeling unfulfilled. I struggled with stress, challenging relationships, chronic stomach pain, and a deep sense of disconnection from myself.

That’s when Yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and self-compassion entered my life. They became more than just tools — they became guides that opened the door to holistic healing and true well-being.
