SIGNATURE CORPORATE YOGA CLASS
A class to release muscle tension, build strength and flexibility and reverse the effects of sitting on a desk all day. Helping your employees return to work feeling more energetic, focused and calm for a successful day. This class offers a 2-5 minute mindful meditation, followed by a 50 minute class where you will move and de-stress and find rejuvenation by ending in 5 mins deep rest.

Restorative yoga is the most relaxing yoga. It is a gentle, introspective yoga that cultivates inner calm.
Unlike most other yogas, there is no muscle strengthening.
We simply remain in still postures in order to relax the mind, breathe and relax deeply.

Yin Yoga is a slow yoga. The practice of this focuses on connective tissues such as ligaments, bones, joints and even cartilage. It requires little or no muscular engagement. Yin yoga consists of long stretches, combinations of slow and deep breathing as well as postures that must be held for several minutes.

Hatha Yoga combines postures much more quickly than Yin and Restorative yoga and it works on strengthening as well as muscular elasticity.
It also helps to balance the two hemispheres of the brain as well as to harmonize the body and mind.

The benefits of Yoga:

- Strengthen the health of joints and
bone.
- Strengthen the cardiovascular system.
- Improve overall body flexibility.
- Promote better body posture.
- Reduce pain.
- Tone the muscles.
- Help with digestion (twisting postures).
- Reduce stress and anxiety.
- Achieve maximum relaxation by cultivating
abandonment and letting go.
- Help fight depression.

I offer one-hour sessions.
