He first completed a Master's degree in Music Performance at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts with Sarah Rumer, and then a Master's degree in Music Education at the Zurich University of the Arts with Silvia Careddu, which he also completed with honors. He is a prize winner of national and international competitions, including 1st prize at the International Competition «La Flauta Latinoamericana», 2nd prize at the National Competition for Classical Music «Dr. Tilo Rajneri», and 1st prize at the 1st Flute Competition of the Conservatorio Superior de Música «Manuel de Falla». Trusted teacher: This class is for students of any age who wish to learn the transverse flute. Learning an instrument takes time and commitment, but it's hugely rewarding - and it doesn't have to be boring! I have experience teaching students of all age and levels and I specialise in tailoring my teaching to meet the individual needs of each student. Beginner flute lessons are suitable for students learning from scratch or those already playing up to about ABRSM Grade 2 level. In beginner flute lessons, you will learn the fundamentals of making a sound and play your first notes, as well as the basics of reading music. As lessons progress, you will learn your first short pieces and maybe even prepare for graded exams. Intermediate lessons are suitable for students already playing at about ABRSM Grade 3 to Grade 5 levels. In these lessons, you will build on what you already know to expand your abilities on the flute. You will learn more about different musical styles and techniques and develop more confidence to express yourself through music. Advanced lessons are for students already playing at about ABRSM Grade 6 and beyond. Depending on each student, lessons could involve growing more skills to take the advanced grade or diploma exams exams through to learning the skills to put together a recital programme or prepare for a music college audition.
