I’m a university lecturer and programme coordinator at the University of Amsterdam with a PhD from Leiden University and a BA in Psychology from UBC (University of British Columbia). During my studies in Econometrics at the University of Amsterdam (graduated in 2015, MSc.) and in addition to my job as a consultant, I have always taught mathematics and statistics to secondary school students and university students (HBO and WO) with great pleasure. Primary school: Students from any group are welcome for tutoring in all subjects/topics or to prepare for a (cito) test. I can practice with your child with the material taught at school, practice for CITO tests, explain what your child does not yet understand and improve the general skills required within a particular subject in a fun and educational way. Whether this is language, arithmetic or reading comprehension, I am happy to help your child understand it better and find pleasure in the subject that may still be difficult!

I always motivate my students to do their best and to speak in French during class. I always give homework to practice writing skills.
From B1 level we talk about news and culture, my lessons are always concrete and goal oriented. Repetition is also part of my lessons, so that students can learn new material with confidence.
Finally I also offer Delft exam training from A1 to B2 levels - a diploma that is required for many Hotel Schools and also to be able to work and study in French-speaking countries.
