Intermediate lessons are suitable for students already playing at about ABRSM Grade 3 to Grade 5 levels. I started my yoga journey with Bahar 2-3 months ago with private lessons, and she has been a wonderful teacher so far. She is very attentive, and centers the experience and expectations of the student. Every week or two, we assess how my personal practice is going, and adjust the flow of the classes accordingly. Instead of just telling or demonstrating what to do, she remains in constant dialogue with me in order that I find what resonates with me in terms of movement, pace, and balance. I am very happy with our classes, and would continue for longer!

Anusha is very nice and is able to teach at a good pace and makes sure that you understand all the materials you are working on. She is also able to adapt her teaching styles to your needs and has a lot of good tricks to help you learn how to do different things.
