I live and work in Sri Lanka most of the year, where I teach yoga daily, and I am based in Europe during the spring and summer.

My path with yoga is rooted in curiosity, exploration, and the desire to understand the connection between body, breath, and awareness. Over time, the practice has become not only a discipline, but a way of observing and experiencing life with more clarity and presence.
My vision of yoga is both grounded and playful. Practice can be demanding and precise, but it can also remain light, curious, and open. Cultivating playful awareness allows the body to move freely, the breath to guide the rhythm, and the mind to soften.
Most of the year I live in Sri Lanka, where I teach yoga daily and continue to deepen my own practice and studies. This environment, close to nature and simplicity, naturally nourishes the way I share yoga.
Through teaching, the intention is to create a space where practice becomes an exploration, one that develops strength, sensitivity, and a deeper relationship with oneself.
