I offer performance preparation for competitions, auditions, concerts with any type of repertoire/ genre - we will work on your individually set artistic, expressive and instrumental goals to reach them together. I base my teachings on the fundaments of performance science, including technics, exercises and tools from music physiology and psychology, to provide you with the most optimal and balanced learning experience. I will teach you how to hold and use the instrument in the most physiologically correct and healthy way, as well as give you all the strategies and methods for optimal, enhanced learning. The scope of my expertise: * working from 0 - learning to play the instrument * working on the repertoire (orchestral excerpts, flute repertoire from baroque to modern, chamber music, solo music) * working on the flutistic basics: posture, embouchure, articulation, support (...) * working on the physiological level: tension release, tension management, strengthening exercises, warm-up, cool-down * working on the psychological level: mental training, mental practice, anxiety management, performance preparation * piccolo * piano accompaniament * playing in duo I teach all the levels - from beginners to students preparing for orchestral auditions. Natalia is a fantastic teacher. My lessons with Natalia are both productive and enjoyable. She is a great teacher and also a very pleasant person. Anyone wishing to learn the Russian language will not be disappointed with her instruction. Her gentle and encouraging teaching manner has enabled me to find learning Russian much less daunting, and her sense of humor has made the lessons more fun. The lessons are exciting, very practical and we learn theory too. She also gives me homework after each lesson which is extremely helpful. She is very motivated and enthusiastic to teach. I've no hesitation in recommending Natalia to anyone wishing to learn Russian.

Lika is an amazing teacher! She is not only highly skilled but also has a very fun, open, and kind personality that makes the lesson truly enjoyable. My partner and I were particularly impressed by how well she teaches both female and male choreography—her instructions for the male moves were incredibly clear and professional. Her teaching style is easy to follow and very encouraging. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to continuing our lessons with her. Highly recommended!
