Whether you want to learn from scratch or already have experience, I can guide you through the entire repertoire: I have experience with every musical genre in which the violin will certainly play a major role. From classic to romantic, from pop to contemporary. As far as technology is concerned, I was able to deal with the various cornerstones of violin technique during my years of study. In general, the technique I teach is based on the confidence and familiarity that a violinist must have with his instrument: confidence on the fingerboard and the comfort of a correct posture are the characteristics of a good violinist. I am a violinist and have already completed two master's courses: one at the Conservatorio di Santa Cecilia in Rome and the other at the Bern University of the Arts. I am currently attending the master's degree in music education at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences. If you would like to take violin lessons with me, I will be happy to respond to your needs and adapt to your character and musical taste. In fact, I consider the individualization of learning to be fundamental: it consists in perceiving the technical, character and emotional needs of each student so that they can fully exploit their potential.

I have worked with students from various schools, including local Hong Kong schools, Hong Kong International School, Kowloon Junior International School, and the French International School etc. I am adaptable and capable of teaching students with different personalities, whether they are highly energetic or more reserved. My primary goal is to instill a passion for music in the next generation, helping students not only grow as musicians but also as confident performers. I have guided many students to success in ABRSM exams, from Grade 1 to Grade 8, including the latest online exam format. Trained in classical and chamber music by a conservatory professor, I have developed an approach to the violin that is both rigorous and accessible, always keeping the pleasure of playing as the objective. We work on the essential fundamentals: posture, bow hold, intonation, tone, and basic musicality. Emphasis is placed on a clear progression adapted to each student. Each lesson is personalized according to your pace and objectives, whether it's to discover the instrument, consolidate the basics or evolve towards a more expressive style of playing. Courses are available in French or English.

Hello! My name is Denis, and I am a violinist currently pursuing my Master's degree in Classical Music. I've been playing the violin for many years and have a passion for teaching others to explore their own musical abilities. My lessons are adaptable to all levels, whether you are just beginning or already have some experience with the violin. In my classes, we will focus on developing proper technique and exploring a range of musical styles such as classical, folk, or even modern music. I incorporate music theory into lessons to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the pieces you are playing. Whether you're young or old, beginner or advanced, I tailor my teaching methods to suit each student's individual goals and learning style. My goal is to make people of all ages and levels learn not only playing an instrument but how can music help them in their everyday life. I am an Albanian violinist, with a Bachelor degree in Classical Music (Violin) and Musicologie in Sorbonne University. Over the years, my experiences with different youth and professional orchestras all around Europe have made me understand that music is important not only for professional musicians but also for everyone.
