Le cours se base évidemment sur vos envies. Si celles-ci sont tournées vers un apprentissage concret des techniques de sculpture, et par exemple de la figuration, nous allons nous concentrer là-dessus. Si vous êtes plus intéressés par une forme d’expression plus abstraite, je vous accompagnerai dans vos idées plus fantastiques. Une fois vos pièces réalisées, nous réfléchirons ensemble aux meilleures finitions, que ça soit le moulage et tirage en plâtre, ou une cuisson céramique de l'œuvre. Vos productions en cours de route seront protégées et traités avec soin, et toute production qui passe l'étape finale de moulage ou de cuisson vous appartiendra, je vous demanderai de les reprendre lorsque celles-ci seront terminées. Le cours figuratif et le cours abstrait offrent des trajectoires différentes, qui pourront évidemment être combinés pour atteindre un entre-deux intéressant. Le matériel est fourni, argile, plâtre, ébauchoirs et outils. Les quantités d'argile et de plâtre varieront en fonction de votre œuvre et du parcours que vous choisirez, cette variation peut induire des changements dans le prix, ex : une œuvre qui demande 5-10 kilos d'argile se voudras moins couteuse qu'une œuvre qui en demande le double. Charlotte is a superb instructor. I took classes with her at her home for several months to improve my public speaking skills. During each session, Charlotte helped me work on my tone and delivery through various public speaking exercises. Charlotte asked me to prepare short written assignments before our meetings, so that I could practice delivering my script using various speaking techniques during the class. For these assignments, Charlotte was very engaged and made sure that the assignments would assist me in my specific professional goals. She did this by tailoring the subject matter to my professional work - mostly legal and political matters - and she pushed me to consider what I wanted to achieve from my audience with each speaking opportunity. Charlotte, however, is not only a skilled professional. She is also a tremendously kind, energetic and dynamic person to work with.
