Sewing classes for beginners: learn to create your own clothes from scratch!

My classes are designed for beginners who want to learn to sew from scratch, in a practical, simple and creative way. My proposal to start with is based on 3 modules: 1. Learn how to prepare and use your sewing machine: We'll learn the main parts of the machine, how to prepare the material, insert the thread and bobbin, select the stitches, and begin sewing correctly. We'll practice basic techniques so you can use the machine safely and confidently. 2. Create your own shoulder bag You will choose the fabric and color you like best and together we will make a shoulder bag from scratch. 3. Create your own skirt As your next project, you will learn how to create a pattern from your own measurements and make a skirt, whether mini or long, adapted to your style. And then... we'll keep creating! We can move on to new projects and garments based on your interests and what you want to learn!

Piano classes at home/online. Basic and intermediate level.

Playing the piano stimulates and shapes the brain, increases productivity and concentration, helps overcome stress and depression, improves posture, encourages perseverance and discipline, in addition to developing greater sensitivity by expressing our deepest emotions. With this course, you will learn to get started or develop your skills as a pianist, also working on the bases of musical theory, in a dynamic and fun way. As a teacher, I adapt to the student's musical tastes to work on their favorite genres on the instrument and I also guide them, if they wish, in the composition of their own songs. Classes suitable for all ages, basic and intermediate level. Possibility of taking the class in English if necessary.

Economics and Business Management for IB (NM/SL and NS/HL, including IA and EE), GCSE and A-Levels

Specialized classes for International Baccalaureate (IB) and A-Levels or GCSE students in the subjects of Economics and Business Management. My name is Marcos and I am a PhD student in Economics at the University of Angers in France. I have over two years of experience teaching Economics to international students of varying levels and academic objectives, both in the International Baccalaureate (IB) and A-Levels (Cambridge, Pearson, and AQA). My English is advanced. It's the language I use to write my doctoral thesis, and I've also taught many of my students in English. It's also the language I use in my personal life every day. My teaching method is based on two pillars: First: Explain the most complex economic and business concepts clearly and concisely with easy-to-understand examples. Once the concepts are understood, the exercises are easily completed. Second: My method is carefully designed to maximize scores on official exams, explaining exactly how to answer questions according to the standards of the official markscheme. I also offer help for Internal Assessment (IA) and Extended Essay (EE), proposing a specialized plan for the student and helping them to implement it in class. My classes are suitable both for students who understand the subject but don't know how to do the official papers and for students who don't understand the subject and need more foundational support.

Private lessons with native English speakers (USA) - all levels (basic, technical, advanced, conversation, etc.)

Do you want to really learn English and enjoy the process? I am a cheerful, empathetic person, passionate about teaching. For me, there are no bad students; only teachers who haven't yet found the right way to connect. I firmly believe that it's the teacher's responsibility to adapt to each student's needs, not the other way around. That's why my classes are designed for you: so you feel comfortable, motivated, and supported every step of the way. In my classes, we combine writing, listening, and speaking practice, and we always leave room for a laugh or two. Because learning a language doesn't have to be boring or stressful: it can be a creative, humane, and even fun experience. Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve your level, I'll guide you through this process with patience, clarity, and a lot of energy. The goal is for you to gain confidence and fluency, without fear of making mistakes. Do you dare to try it?

Private English classes: Adapted to the student's objectives

English and Spanish classes as each student wishes to learn. I am a faithful believer who practices it to the teacher, so if a lot of theory is given but not practiced, it will be of little use. My native language is Spanish but I speak perfect English since I have lived in places with English for more than 4 years, where I have developed it on a professional level. I also teach Spanish and consider myself a relaxed and patient person. My target is both people who want to learn from scratch, one of the two languages, as people with an advanced level who already want to get into the subject and learn with greater intensity. I am here for my students.

English lesons for children and teenagers who find english difficult.

Hello, my name is Daniela. I'm seventeen years old, being born January 6, 2009. I have been learning English for fifteen years, and ever since I have found it as an amazing tool to discover new interests and cultures across barriers. I currently study in an international school, which means I learn all my material in English As a teacher, I would like to help my students grow their interest in English and reach a level where they find theirselves comfortable speaking the language. I know learning languages is really tricky, but it can be easier with the right approach. I have never tutored before, but I already have a few ideas in mind on how to work in my students. An ideal class for me would be - Spending the first ten minutes talking about the student's news and how they're doing at school. I also consider mental health really important and I would love to be a support figure for my student. During these ten minutes, I could help the student figure out vocabulary words they don't know, keeping a "Vocabulary notebook" for new words learnt in the class. - After the icebreaking session, we would work on the material the student is learning in class. I would like to recieve it in advance so I can work on a mind-map or explanation for the student to understand the concept step-by-step. - If we have time, I would look for listening, reading and writing exercises based on the student's level (A1, A2...) so we can work on it together - To finish, I would reserve 5 minutes so my student can tell me how they feel about the class and what we can change to improve. I will also recommend material in English (books, series...) for the student to engage with in their free time I love teaching English to others, and I will try to make the classes easier and not very heavy. I have studied English in school for a long time, and I have found that English lessons at school are heavily grammar-focused and not very intuitive. I would love my classes to be fun, interactive and entretaining, so my student can associate the language with something fun and comforting, not just a boring subject to study. My classes will be targeted towards primary and secondary school students.
