If we don't enjoy the process we don't learn. You should feel comfortable saying how you feel and what you want to learn/don't want to learn. Best piano lesson I've ever had! Admittedly, this was also the first lesson I've ever had - however it was every bit as good as I had hoped it would be. Starting at the ripe old age of 35 I was slightly concerned that I might be too old to start, but Deniz made the whole experience very easy to enjoy, and she adapted the lesson around the very little bits I was able to do, while filling in lots of information that I didn't know. Looking forward to carrying on my training and would highly recommend to anyone that's thinking of taking the plunge.

Sam is an amazing teacher, patient and open to the student's goals and suggestions. His approach is more technical than theoretical but will nonetheless get anyone willing to learn up to speed on the basics into more advanced notions. He assessed what I was already able to do on the guitar to fill the gaps and help me progress into further fields. So far he's taught me the electric guitar, a bit of bass and piano and I'm very happy about all of it.
