During this session I combine different techniques such as mindfulness or Theta Healing or healing with the arts. Theta Healing is a world renowned healing method that was created by Vianna Stibal during her own personal journey. This is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy - not specific to one religion but accepting them all. It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Expressing yourself through art can help reduce depression, anxiety and sickness. I work with different art techniques, such as creative writing, drawing, painting or music. No foreknowledge or artistic skills are required to attend my art meditation sessions. Everyone can participate. what you will learn during my class is how to have connection with your emotions, how to not to be afraid of them. Bicycles are the easiest way to get around Amsterdam. Chances are you can ride a bike, but a flat tire will bring your ride to a stop. Not only does taking your bike to a shop cost money, but the mechanic might not have your repair done for several days. If you would like to do your own repairs, I am your guy! Besides working as a mechanic at bike shops , I have taught bicycle safety and held neighborhood repair clinics. Together we will cover fixing a flat tire, adjusting brakes, and a comprehensive safety check. Depending on your bike and your ambition, we will cover gears and the internal bearing systems!
