My teaching methodology is based on an individualized, scientific, and inclusive approach to physical activity, developed from my experience working with a wide range of participants, from swimming lessons to Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Each course begins with an observation and assessment phase to identify the level, abilities, specific needs, and objectives of the participants, whether related to performance, health, rehabilitation, or well-being.
The training program is based on principles from exercise science, exercise physiology, and adapted physical activity. Sessions are structured progressively, with clearly defined objectives, a controlled increase in workload, and continuous adjustments based on feedback from the field. I place particular emphasis on movement quality, participants' understanding of the exercises, and the connection between sensations, technique, and objectives.
The classes follow a coherent structure that includes a specific warm-up, a targeted and progressive main workout, and a cool-down to promote recovery and injury prevention. The teaching methods employed emphasize autonomy, motivation, and confidence, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Finally, regular progress assessments allow for adjustments to the content and encourage sustained engagement in the practice, regardless of the participants' skill level.
