    About Me

I spend many years as a successful business woman within multinational companies. I did an MBA at INSEAD. Since almost 10years, I interview prospective students.
I spent 4 years as a Life and Career Coach. Especially looking at being aligned with one's life mission and the practicality of how to get there.
Today I am an entrepreneur, I founded my own company and I like to give talks about leadership.

    Education

Knowing who you are is a fundamental process to becoming a good leader.

While I have the papers: I did an MBA at INSEAD in 2010 and completed a BA at the HSG University of St.Gallen.

I like to see my education as being on the job. I did spend many years in multinationals understanding how a corporate career looks like and living it.

But what makes me truly different, are 4 years of my life spent understanding personal growth and development. Going through it myself first hand, I then accompanied many people on their journey to finding who they are and where they want to go in life.

    Experience / Qualifications

My experience is thus hands-on. I have seen that often times one has wishes, dreams or aspirations and it can be hard to get there. Sometimes we set ourselves roadblocks, tough challenges. Sometimes, we desperately want something, but truly we need something else. For each of us the reasons are unique.

This is where I step in.

So you can step up and full-fill your biggest potential.

I believe that each of us has a bespoke place. Understanding it, and then living it is what will make you stand out.

Native French teacher. Interactive class all levels (A1 to C2) Preparation for DELF and DALF, By student, professional, translation.
My French method is very didactic. According to the student, because for me each student has his or her own, their interests. For this reason, I like private classes, but also, I have a group of students so that they can interact with each other. I emphasize speaking, reading, and writing. I teach a high-quality French, for students who want in addition to having a good diction and pronunciation, can have a conversation, with a very cultured person (learning all the French conjugations and use) The other point is that I teach, not only the French language, but also the French Culture, traversed the history, geography of France, its territories and outer province of France (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Tahiti, etc ...) and of the many countries where French is spoken. French. Also with knowledge of art, literature, music, etc ... I want my students to fall in love with the French language, of course it will depend on the student, and their abilities. I use a French literature for learning, and personal document so that the vocabulary is learned as soon as possible, to make phrases and sentences. Pronunciation will be very important to me, and I am very demanding but the result will be excellent. The rest to you to discover, I hope you very soon, in this linguistic journey in the world of French History. My French method is very didactic. Oxford & Cambridge University Interview Prep Course
Have you been invited to interview at Oxford or Cambridge this coming autumn? Congratulations! Oxbridge interviews are the make-or-break stage in acceptance into one of these two top-tier universities, and they require a significant amount of preparation and know-how in order to succeed. Having successfully secured a place for myself to study English Language & Literature at the University of Oxford in 2015, and having been subsequently invited to pursue a Master's degree in English literature on scholarship, I am versed in the intricacies and expectations of the interview process for a range of disciplines. I work with students across a series of sessions to hone their understanding of what's expected of them during the interview process, to identify their particular strengths and improve on their weakness, and to practice extemporaneous speaking and timed essay-writing and test-taking. Each course is designed with the candidate in mind, and I can outline a recommended number of sessions and their contents based on an initial session.

Self-Reflection and Self-Awareness - in life and in writing
I have been working in the Adult Learning and Career Development sectors for more than 12 years, supporting people to grow and develop both personally and professionally. I have also worked in counselling settings with young people, adults and couples, as well as managing a mentoring project and undertaking academic proof-reading, and all these experiences inform my methods now. I blend a person-centred focus with a practical and structured approach to good effect. I believe that professional development goes hand-in-hand with increased understanding of self and others, also known as emotional intelligence. Understanding and valuing your own strengths and vulnerabilities helps you communicate more strongly and create more honest, productive relationships, both at home and at work, and can impact on your ability to make a convincing argument in written form as well. I am happy to meet you at your home, at my home or at another location convenient to us both, or we can work via webcam. I normally prepare tasks or concepts to consider between meetings, and always tailor the sessions to what you most need or want to get out of them. If you want a simple listening ear, that is fine - if you want someone to create a schedule to help you stick to goals, I can do that. We can decide between us what might best help you get where you want to in your life or career. The availability in the calendar below is just a guide, I can work around your schedule, so please feel free to ask about specific days or times.
