About Me

Hi there!
I am Rose! I was born and raised in Greece, in a town close to Athens. I realized my passion for teaching from a very young age.
For this reason, I studied as a Primary School teacher at the University of Crete and after my graduation, I moved to London in order to find more working opportunities and at the same time to expertise my English level. After a year in the UK, I started studying for acquiring a Master's Degree in TESOL studies (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at Leeds University. In the context of this degree, I learned different approaches about how to teach English as a foreign language. My vision is to provide individualized teaching, as students have different learning styles and needs. Also, an important goal is to help my students in building their confidence in using a foreign language.

I have a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Crete in the field of Primary Education.
I have a Master's Degree from Leeds University, in the field of Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.

I have multiple experiences in teaching. I worked as a Primary school teacher, tutored students of Secondary school, worked as a Nursery Practitioner and lastly tutored several adults in teaching English and Greek as foreign languages.
