Hi! My name is Sebastian and I'm from the Galapagos Islands. I got my education in Ecuador and in the US, all thanks to scholarships and grants from NGOs and the government which required intensive testing and interviewing. I currently work part time as a scuba dive instructor here in the islands so I know the value of an appropriate teacher.
